Me and several of my friends and roommates spent a week here and we loved it! The cabin is cozy and the view was great!

Enjoyed a last-minute trip to the mountains escaping the FL heat. Great location and amenities along with easy communication to this great cabin. Will be back!

Good location- quiet and relaxing. Close to Morse park; spent time buying pumpkins at the Pumpkin Patch and Apples at Coston. Visited Overmountain and Burntshirt wineries.

Property is well maintained and gated community gave us peace of mind to let the kids roam freely. Quite and peaceful, saw several deer and plenty of birds. Beach part of Lake looked wonderful, although we didn't use it. There were several different list of rules in welcome book, so we're a little unclear for what we were allowed to do in neighborhood. Pictures were slightly deceiving regarding downstairs sleeping arrangements. There isn't a separate closed off bedroom where the day bed is located. It's all open so we had to make some adjustments to our plans for rest. Also, use 1 shower at a time (there are 3 full bathrooms) if you want good water pressure.

We really enjoyed this property. Private, clean and with some neat amenities- private access to lake!

Dublin Up was the perfect house for our bi-annual family vacation. The house was awesome, the Riverbend community with the beach, swimming hole, and nature trail was a favorite with the grandkids. The many outdoor adventures close by made our trip even more enjoyable. We rarely stayed inside, but even with the afternoon storms, the house provided room for a puzzle area in the loft and the kitchen table was large enough for family game nights. The agency was also exceptional with information and communication. We will be back!!

Our family plus 2 puppies enjoyed our stay there and would definitely go back. Description was accurate. Very good for the dogs. Was in town for a wedding, so didn't get to enjoy everything like the bumper pool and outdoor fire area. Road from gate is all gravel and dusty. Cell reception was much better than we anticipated.

The cabin is really big and lovely. We enjoyed the stay. It was raining at check out time. The cleaning crew arrived and were kind to wait for us about half an hour for us to exit as we were putting our stuff in our van in between the rain. Unfortunately, I had not received a message or a call prior to my arrival so we didn't know the address of the property and other detail. Thank goodness I started calling left and right to find the number to Coldwell and an angel gave me the number to the right person who with patience assisted us in getting to the property. Thank you again. We made it very, very late at night which inconvenienced both the manager and ourselves. We had received a confirmation number and cost for the charge via this application but no other information prior to our arrival and the message on VRBO said someone would be contacting us but we didn't get a call and didn't get an email either, although the person insisted that they had sent it and that it had been viewed by us which could not had been, otherwise we would not had been in a panick trying to get a hold of someone. Maybe the internet in the area we traveled to get there was not good. I don't know.... But the cabin and the time there made up for it and helped us distress. I would suggest that on the ad they write that the cabin has three floors because if people travel with elderly which was not our case there is only one bedroom on the first floor, the other bedroom is upstairs and they have a basement that can sleep more people. We were only 4 but if you have people with bad knees they would struggle going up the stairs to shower upstairs because 2 of the 3 bathroons have a tub only option and not a shower. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your property. We liked the security of Riverbend btw.
