We had an amazing week-long stay in Beach Block on Mendel on Marco Island. The place was super clean and very nice. The pool was a highlight for us, providing hours of fun and relaxation. It felt like a home away from home, with a cozy and sweet atmosphere that made our family vacation perfect! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great getaway spot!

This house has everything you need for a vacation,plenty of room,well stocked and if you’re missing something Kristin has it ordered and on the way for your next stay. On top of it host and quick response time. Clean place and love that you have a laundry basket for each room,huge plus! Thanks for sharing your place and would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay! Close to beach and lots to do within biking distance. House was well equipped with back pack beach chairs and bikes to ride. Used the yoga mat for beach yoga. Nice cooler for the boat we rented! Kitchen had everything more than expected and the furnishings were all super cute in house with lots of extra blankets.
We biked to mini golf, gelato, dinner, the jw marriott and really enjoyed our stay.
Host was helpful. Responsive and even had a handyman who came and took trash out.
Great home to rent with good layout for parents w teens/kids or another family on the other side of house. Would be good for grandparents and family. Loved having 3 king beds and a bunk bed room.

We loved the house. This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect. Our experience was amazing. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

This year was the 4th year we rented the same house on Mendel. The new owner is great to communicate with, and has already made improvements to the home. We loved it before, and she has made it better! The home is perfect for the 6 members of my family (myself and husband, kids 12 and 10, and my parents). We particularly enjoyed the pool being heated this year. The outdoor TV is a great addition as well, but I have to admit, we didn’t use it! It was warmer than usual during our stay so we opted for inside TV.
As always, the bikes, wagons and beach chairs/umbrellas ensure you will have a great day at the beach. The extra fridge in the garage is also handy for keeping extra drinks cold.
Thank you for yet another wonderful Marco family vacation!

Outstanding 4 Bedroom home within walking distance to the beach. Everything worked well in the house and the large heated pool was used frequently during our stay. Owner (Kristen) was easily contacted and accommodated our early arrival request. While the house was in excellent condition, the owner is currently renovating the interior so this home will be even a better place to stay. We’ve found our home away from home in Marco Island! Thanks Kristen for the hospitality!

I've been staying here for the past several years. My family and I love the place and always enjoy it. The home is roomy and the pool is great. Walking or biking to the beach is very handy with the location of this home. The owner was always prompt with communication. I would recommend this home to anyone. Marco Island is my home away from home and we look forward to visiting every year!!

We love the Mendel house! This was our second year staying here for our spring break and it was perfect for us and our family! Kristen was a wonderful host and we plan to come back again next year!
