El departamento en general está bonito, las regaderas y el agua caliente muy bien, los espacios en general son amplios (la cocina, el comedor y la sala). Se ve que algunas cosas son recién renovadas, lo cual esta muy bien. El acceso a la casa es automatizado, por lo cual no hay necesidad de esperar a alguien que te abra o cierre cuando dejas el departamento.

Algunos de los colchones no son cómodos, les hace falta un cambio. Las toallas y ropa de cama no están ya en el mejor estado, los cojines de la sala se han desgastado y no son cómodos para estar más de media hora. La cocina podría estar mejor equipada y tener cosas más funcionales (los cuchillos no tienen filo, los sartenes están muy maltratados y se pega la comida, hay muy pocos cubiertos, hay pocas tazas, no hay comal, etc.). Sería bueno si hubiera algunas cajoneras en las recámaras para la ropa que no se puede colgar y un calentador más grande para la sala o incluso un aire acondicionado, ya que hace muchísimo frío y los calentadores que hay no alcanzan a calentar el ambiente. También sería bueno que hubiera más contactos en la casa, ya que casi no hay donde conectar cosas o podrían poner extensiones o multicontactos. La zona en la que está el departamento no nos dio mucha confianza y, al no tener estacionamiento, estuvimos intranquilos por dejar nuestro auto afuera (esto no es culpa del alojamiento, ya que no promete estacionamiento, es solo un comentario). La zona también es muy ruidosa por estar Justo en la avenida y el descanso no es óptimo, ya que hay ruido incluso durante la madrugada. Creo que sería bueno que advirtieran que las escaleras para el acceso al departamento son incómodas, con escalones muy grandes y muy inclinadas, íbamos con mi mamá que es adulto mayor y le costaba mucho trabajo subir y bajar las escaleras.

The apartment is very spacious and is clean. It can accommodate a lot of people. The rooms were well lit, the beds were okay. The bathroom has good water pressure and hot water. The furniture in the apartment was clean and well kept. The kitchen had all the basic utensils to prepare meals. Affordable.

For starters, the apartment is very difficult to find. The address is not correct. Had a very difficult time finding it because of this error. It's a small door that is barely noticeable that leads to the apartment on a second level. Second, after booking it said someone would reach out to me the day of the check in to give me instructions on how to get there and do the check-in. No one contacted me. I messaged the property and they never answered. I called and when I finally was able to get a hold of them the calls signal was terrible. It took about an hour for them to give us instructions on how to enter the apartment. It is very hard to get a hold of someone in charge of the property. I later tried to reach them again to ask for the wifi password but they never got back to me during my whole stay. Another downside for me was the area that it's located in. It's not a walkable area. There is nothing around other than highways and auto repair shops. There is also what I believe is a sewer nearby because there was always a foul smell in the area throughout our stay. I should also mention that the rooms were very cold at night however, there is a heater provided in the rooms. Another thing to consider is that this apartment is not suitable for anyone with low mobility, the stairs to enter are very steep. There is also only one outlet in each room.
