The RV is a 2022 Grand Design Imagine XLS 22MLE. This is a very popular floor plan and a cozy couples camper. It's perfect for 1 or 2 adults. There is a Queen bed with a new Tuft & Needle mattress, 2 reclining theater seats with heat and massage, and a dining table with a beautiful view of the pond. We have a fully furnished kitchen with a Keurig Coffee Maker, plates, bowls, cups, silver ware, and cooking utensils. The bathroom is small but nice and has a sink and shower. There is WiFi provided by T-Mobile Home Internet. We also have 2 bicycles that are available for use to ride down the neighborhood country road and there is a corn hole set that you are welcome to use. There is a security camera to see who is driving up to the RV. There are also security cameras around the outside of the owners home on the lot next to the RV. Guests will have access to the RV, hammock, tree swing, firepit, fishing pond, the bench swing by the pond, and the gazebo. There may be a trampoline next to the owners home which is NOT available for guest use. The hosts live on the property and are usually available to help with any questions. We have a paddle boat that is also available to rent for an additional charge. This property is not suitable for children due to the pond and other potential hazards.
