The layout of the house gave us space to be together and to have space when needed.

We came into the Branson area to specifically spend the weekend with various family coming in from multiple states, and spend some time on Table Rock Lake. It’s hard to get us all together sometimes and this house fit us perfectly! We could not have asked for a better home that allowed our large family to either all fit in one space to enjoy our dinner and board games…to having the ability to spread out in our own corners to enjoy the hot-tub, play video games, play a games of pool, or just enjoy the outdoors and clubhouse area with the pools. It’s absolutely close to anything and everything! . Although we stayed around the house and enjoyed the lake mostly, this house and the surrounding property has more than enough amenities to keep you entertained. We will definitely be back!

The property is very nice, everything was clean and working properly. Our family enjoyed the property very much and would stay again. There were 14 of us and the property had enough room for all without feeling crowded.

Loved the property, worked well for our family. Plenty of bedrooms that were separated from each other to give some privacy. Location was excellent to where we wanted to go. The pools and splash pad were a hit everyday we was there. Kitchen was well stocked and fit our needs. Two large refrigerators was a bonus. Plenty of supplies, coffee filters, trash bags, towels.

Great location, clean, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the game room and all the fun amenities! Our family was very comfortable at the property. Plenty of room for our family of 12!

We had stayed with our own family and extended family. The house is very comfortable and the best stocked rental we have ever stayed in. Child safety was very much taken into account, which is an awesome bonus. Check in and out was very easy. The house would be great for warmer weather trips as well since it is right by a lake. The neighborhood was lovely and there was easy access to everything Branson has to offer.

Our huge family had a great time in this house. It had enough rooms and space to accommodate all of our needs. Had some small issues with water pressure on the main and second floor but notified owners of the issue, hence the 4 star rating. The owners were very nice too! Hopefully we get to utilize this place again for our next gathering.

Our stay began with a very warm welcome from the owners: cookies and a welcome note. Our group had a wonderful time at this property. The game room was a huge hit, and the first floor living area was comfortable too. The only room for improvement would be cleanliness: the coffee table was layered with dust and the carpeting on the stairs clearly hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time. I never felt comfortable going barefoot. This was my first Vrbo rental, so maybe my expectations were unrealistic. Overall a great location, a cozy place to stay and fit our needs.
