Comfortable and Cozy but the best part was the young woman at the Front Desk, Heavenly. She checked us in and out and had several interactions with her. She was so friendly, warm and professional. We felt so cared for.

I was expecting a lot more from this hotel. First the elevators were slow and no service elevators so that slowed things down even more. Lobby area is not large and the bar area is in the restaurants seating area. Indoor pool is small, no hot tubs. One outdoor fire pit has limited seating. If you get a forward room you have a nice view of the parking lot and the road in front. One uncomfortable chair in the room which could use an ottoman. The overall Ambiance is lacking in this hotel.
The hotel has two restaurants with one dining area and one bar. The food was very good but was also very slow to come out. Especially breakfast which is puzzling. We got the Lobster tail added to our steak dinners. Boiled to the point of being over cooked with no dipping butter or sauce of any kind and basically thrown on the plate. they need to rethink that one. Aside from the dinning experience, the staff were great! The Bed very comfortable and the overall room was nice.

Amazing place when we first arrived. Beautiful inside and was assisted with taking belongings up to room. Downhill after that. Couldn't take a shower without covering the bathroom floor with water. Was only half of a privacy shower no door or a way to keep water in. Stayed for 3 nights. No cleaning was done the entire time. No towels/wash cloths or trash was not taken care of. The bed was hard as a rock. Not comfortable at all with someone with a bad back. The music from the inside restaurant was heard in the room all day and into the night. Not a relaxing place to come unwind. Overall nice place but needs to up their game a little.

For a very new hotel, The Swiftwater has already made a great impression on me with it's beautiful and style. The staff are absolutely some of the warmest and helpful bunch of people you'll know. The in hotel restaurant can be pricy but the food is worth it!

Staff not all professional, some of the check in staff isn’t well informed and can’t smile. Similarly brunch was missing and we weren’t told that, the portion is also small for a brunch. If you are sitting in the pool area you can see people in heir rooms changing, no privacy.

Asked for early check-in and upon arrival they said they had no rooms available. Couldn’t check in until 4:15pm and missed reservations we had. They only way they could do early check in was if we upgraded our room for $100. It seems like they did it to guilt you in to spending more money!

the pictures dont do it justice..much more beautiful the rooms and the bathroom....luxurious...the staff are a bit young and ineperienced..but their is great atmosphere and the pool and the fire pit are what sets it apart from other stays..5 stars for me..

For a new hotel, the amount of deficiencies in the room was shocking. Lights not working, loose faucet handles, things not trimmed out properly, etc. it was disappointing to be honest. We did not flag these things to staff, as we were fine to live with it for 2 nights, but these are things I would expect cleaning staff to notify maintenance about.
Was also disappointed that the coffee was not refreshed after the first night, but extra water was provided.
It’s a mixed review, really loved the hotel, bed was super comfy, room was very clean… it’s just these little things that make the difference between 4 and 5 stars.

Hotel is beautiful. Staff was terrific, friendly and helpful. Everyone you connect with makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. Dinner was excellent in a fine dining atmosphere. Relaxed with cocktails around fire pit. Rooms are impressive with thoughtful details. Look forward to returning!

What a lovely hotel! the ambiance of the room and the outdoor patio with fire pit was such a nice touch that made the stay better! Didn’t try the restaurants but it smelled great! The hotel wasn’t far from town/activities.

We booked this hotel PRIMARILY because it advertised a heated indoor/outdoor pool. Unfortunately the pool was NOT heated - it was so cold I didn't even go in it one day. (We were told something happened during the last storm.) It was disappointing to not have a two-day pool stay.
The second problem was an annoying banging and other noises that went on from the morning to the night.

Lovely hotel. We were able to get drinks by the pool. The pool should have been heated. The smell of food from the restaurant was smelt up to the third floor. Need to work on the ventilation system. The tv was a disaster, thank God we didn’t have to watch tv. Overall it’s a beautiful hotel and only opened 2 months. I’m sure they will work the kinks out. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean. Tv in the room continually froze because the WiFi wasn’t good. The bed was NOT comfortable. No food or drinks allowed by the pool or patio was annoying because we wanted to sit outside and play cards with drinks and snacks.

The place was beautiful. Staff very friendly. Only issue was the tv. It kept freezing and you would have to constantly change the channel. Wish food had more of a variety. No ways to have a nice cocktail while out by the pool or fire pit I was told. It would’ve been more relaxing.
