Front desk charged my credit card even though I paid in full hotel.com then after repeated calls and employees telling me they were sorry for the double charges a manager never called me back had to make a complaint with my credit card company terrible customer service

We were very happy with the accommodations. The breakfast was excellent. The best we've ever had in an overnight stay.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Checkin got delayed due to rooms not being ready but the gentleman at the counter was very kind and respectful. When I arrived back to the hotel around 8:30 the bar was closed I guess they are only open from 5-7, not a big deal. There is a nightly parking fee but that was waived due to the hour back up in check in. Breakfast was 7-10 but I decided to skip and just have coffee in my room and get breakfast out, so I can not comment on that. Overall a nice place I would stay again. Perfect short walk to Rams Head On Stage and downtown.

We were attending a game at the Navy Memorial Stadium. The hotel is easy walking distance to the stadium so we did not have to worry about parking. The hotel was so clean, nicely appointed and comfortable. Definitely recommended.

The overall hotel is very nice nothing to complain about! Only problem is that I have been charged 3x a random amount almost totaling for $1,000 and have had hard problems getting to the bottom of it. They say they will call back but never do and sometimes don’t even answer the phone.

We liked the efficiency of all of it. Easy. The only negative was on checkin our clerk was not "customer friendly".

Property opened 5/2024. Still pristine when I visited with my fam. Free breakfast was very good. Gym is as you would expect in a Marriott- great.
Staff working out some kinks in the check in process. Understandable to me as this is a new team.
Nasty surprise when we checked in to learn there was a $30 parking fee. The lot is self park and an open lot. This was not disclosed when I booked on Expedia. I will not return to this property for this reason.

Super nice and clean, in a safe neighborhood thats got some real charm. We walked to the wharf for dinner, it took about 15 minutes but had shopping and stores all along the way. This hotel was a great price and value for the money, especially being so close to the Naval academy. Highly recommend!

Let me start off by saying we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Also, the breakfast was good. The hotel is brand new and was very clean and comfortable. It is close to Annapolis.
The only issue we had was they charged our cc 2x for our room.
We got our reservation thru Expedia and the hotel was paid by Expedia but the hotel also charged our cc 2x for our stay. I called the hotel and spoke to someone at the front desk and they told me it was an Expedia problem and for me to contact them. I waited a day and called back to talk to a manager and he recognized the error and I am in the process of receiving our refund.
