A group of 10 of us have stayed here for the last few years for a "girls get away". The kitchen is well stocked for meal preparation, has comfy beds, adequate bathrooms for a group and a great location.

What a beautiful home with so many bedrooms and bathrooms. Open floor plan with TV’s in every bedroom. Hot tub was lovely. Well stocked kitchen! Great location in the Sunriver Resort. The use of the bikes was an extra touch! Would definitely stay again! Very special home! ♥️

The house is perfect for a ski trip. We loved the hot tub and having a bathroom per couple. The kitchen is well outfitted to cook dinner each night.

This is our second time to use the "mountain house" (as our grandkids named it.) It is without a doubt the best vacation rental we've ever used and it's not only an amazing home, but it has everything needed for an effortless stay!.

The house was incredible, comfortable, clean, and organized. We’ll stocked with everything you need and a short walk or bike ride to the village. It was a great home for kids with all of the organizational solutions throughout the house, laundry baskets in very closet, benches/shoe organizer and hooks in the entryway, etc., perfect for a group or families with kids to keep things organized and tidy.

Kudos to the owners who thought of every detail for this property to be enjoyed as our own. Bikes for adults and littles, a bike trailer for our 3 yr old. The circle was a safe hub of activity for our kids (4 boys & 2 girls), biking around the circle, throwing the football, we spent evenings just playing in the driveway and street. There is a Ping-Pong table, outside dining, a spa, a Traeger BBQ, & enough SHARC passes to use the pool. I loved the melamine dishes, I didn't have to worry with the kids and breakage & china plates for adult use. 2 washers and 1 dryer. Lovely appointed bedrooms with adequate baths, games and books for everyone, DVDs and lots of TVs in all the rooms. You arrive and your wonderful adventure begins immediately. Thank you!

Our three-generation family recently (July 2022) stayed at this beautiful property. From the moment we walked it, it felt like a home-away-from-home to us. It was very clean and fresh. The air conditioning was a must since we stayed there with outdoor temps in the upper 90s all week. The layout of the home was perfect, with wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms giving everyone more than enough space to spread out. This house had everything you could imagine needing, like kitchen items, board games, bikes, tvs everywhere, towels and more. The Sunriver bike path is literally right out your door, so you have easy access to ride or walk around. It's just a short walk to The Village. Passes to the SHARC are available, and it was probably the highlight of our stay! I am sure our family will stay there again.

Property was beautiful and spacious! It was also well-stocked with kitchen accessories. The property managers were very accommodating and quick to respond. We loved our stay! My only suggestion would be to put darker blinds in the bedrooms. The summer sun can be quite intense early in the morning.

Great vacation home! Well stocked, amenities are consistent with the listing. Only complaint is there is not a second fridge which was a little rough for our party size.

Great getaway. We all had so much fun, lots of bike riding and golfing and sitting in the hot tub.

I am part of a group of 12 women and we have a reunion every year, either in Oregon or Colorado. We have lots of different needs when we gather - a comfortable meeting space, enough bedrooms and bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a big enough dining room table, and a setting that offers places to walk. Fawn 5 in Sunriver met every one of our needs! And, it has absolutely the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in all our years of meeting together! It has everything you could possibly need. So, this location got a thumbs up from each one of us! Thanks!

This is a wonderful house with all the amenities that you can think of. Everything is labeled so it makes it easier to know where to find things and where to put them back. We loved having access to the SHARC and spent almost every day there. I spent 5 days here with my family and we all enjoyed our stay. We hope to come here again next year.

The VRBO property at 5 Fawn Lane in Sunriver, Oregon was exactly as described in the VRBO listing. This home is one of the very best large homes our extended family’s ever booked…and we’ve stayed in quite a few over the years. Communication with the owner was easy and helpful. (We by mistake left two small bags in an upstairs bathroom. The owner sent us a picture of the missing bags and we’ve made arrangements for their return. Very nice and helpful customer service.) A few specifics: excellent appointed kitchen (more pots and pans, utensils, small appliances, and dishes than you could ever use), very good assortment of bikes, and nice indoor and outdoor “toys” (ping pong table and supplies, foosball game, corn hole). For those who happen to book a summer stay, there are 12 SHARC swim passes and the house has EXCELLENT air-conditioning. It’s really quite a nice house. (The only caveat is there isn’t a second refrigerator. We bought ice at the market and used our ice chests for drinks and “overflow”.)

Our family created memories to last a lifetime. The home we rented was centrally located to all of the amenities Sunriver has to offer. We rode bikes, swam at the Shark, and floated the Deschutes. We were close enough to Bend to ride the rapids and enjoy the many restaurants and shops. Our group ranged in age from 9 to 76!

This house was perfect to accommodate our 3-person family and my sister-in-law's 5-person family. The three master suites were great. All the information we could possibly want or need about the house and the area was provided prior to our arrival. The beds weren't quite as comfortable as we might have liked, but otherwise, we had a great time.
