Ich war schon öfter in diesem Hotel, die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm, das Essen im Hotel ist spitze. Der Küchenchef ist professionell, ebenso die Kellner! Vielen Dank und Grüße Dieter Sch.

Es ist ein familienbetriebenes Hotel im Herzen von Fulda. Man wird von den Eigentümern begrüßt und in Empfang genommen. Die Gäste sind überwiegend Stammgäste, die Atmosphäre sehr gemütlich. Als wir ankamen, war das Restaurant schon zu, wir durften aber an der Bar noch einen Wein genießen. Der Barkeeper ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Herr, der dem Gast das Gefühl gibt, König zu sein. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, das Badezimmer modern und bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und lecker mit überwiegend regionalen köstlichen Produkten.

Es ist ein Hotel mit einer sehr reichen Geschichte. Man führt aus jedem Jahrzehnt zahlreiche Reliquien, die, sicherlich, alle ihren Platz in der Ausstattung der gemeinschaftlichen Räume verdient haben. Nach meinem Geschmack sollte man jedoch etwas entrümpeln, um wieder zu einer Struktur und klarer Ordnung zu kommen. Man sollte sich an einen Stil orientieren, ansonsten wirkt es etwas überladen. Unser Zimmer war sehr schlecht isoliert, da die Fenster auf einen Platz rausgingen, wo sich die ganze Nacht junge Leute laut unterhalten bzw. gestritten haben.

The bar was nice. The elevator was speedy. The room was relatively large. The meal was good.

No usb-charger plugs near the beds; no free electrical sockets near the beds. The tv didn't have any streaming services nor a way to access the internet. There was no way to have light in the bathroom with the fan and, since there was no real door between the bathroom and the sleeping area (just a sliding glass door), it was very loud. There is a motion detector-activated lamp as you enter the room. This also does not go off and is very disturbing if someone is sleeping and the other person wants to go into the closet or near the mirror/door. The reception is FULL OF CRAP, like left-overs from a flea market. It does not make a very good first impression.

This hotel is a classic old world beautiful hotel Very glad location for shopping and sightseeing It has a fabulous restaurant and great buffet breakfast Rooms were comfortable and quite large. Some day would love to return

The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel quoted free parking. However, the area for free parking was full and the only alternative at the hotel was a paid parking slot-- otherwise we would have had to walk for several blocks to find a spot.
