Overall we enjoyed staying at the property for a weekend. It was close to the strip so most places were walkable and was equipped with everything we needed.
Unfortunately, we noticed ants throughout the cottage. That is why I rated only 3 stars. I did message the host but her reply stated the exterminator was due to come after our stay!

Very clean. Granddaughters loved the loft. Would recommend to others looking for a place to stay close to the strip. Has everything that was needed for the few days we stayed. The only thing we didn’t like was the smell of what we think was from cleaning. Very strong. We would definitely stay again.

This place is absolutely great. Every square inch was immaculately clean. The amenities were perfect, and the space is brilliantly utilized. We loved having that extra bathroom in with the laundry, which was super convenient. The propane grill out back was fantastic, and the front and back porches and yards are lovely settings in which to relax. The neighborhood is nice and close to the main strip. We could ride bikes all over the town, and it was a short drive to the beach, where we swam and put our kayaks in the lake. The fireworks on July 4th were awesome and close enough to see from the front yard or a short walk away to get even closer. We had a great time and would go there again in a heartbeat.

The only issues we had were:
Lockbox hard to open, front screen door tension spring,Ants in the house, but overall it was a nice place, we enjoyed our stay

This location was everything. It was a quaint and quiet adorable street within walking distance to the all the Geneva essentials. It is incredible how the hosts made this seemingly small place so cozy for a larger group of people. Will absolutely stay here again next time I am in Geneva!

Amy’s place was awesome. I picked it because it had 2 full bathrooms and it fit my big family. We enjoyed everything the strip had to offer with a short walk but didn’t have to worry about the noise. Loved the screened porch and so did my granddaughter she ran around there every morning. Will definitely stay here again!!!

The property was exactly what was described. It was super clean and so pretty. Location was perfect. Unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there but thankfully we had a beautiful place to be inside. Will definitely consider staying there again!!

This is our second stay at this property. Amy is so responsive to any questions. The cottage is well appointed and in a great location. GOTL has biking, hiking, kayaking and entertainment.

We chose this property as it let us stay 1 night in Geneva. That was a bonus. The upstairs is perfect for kids. I don’t recommend for taller adults, we kept hitting our heads. Such a clean house and the back porch is so relaxing. Will stay again for sure. We had a group of adults from 25-40 but I will bring my family back for our next visit.

We stayed in GOTL to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday and New Year’s Eve.. We enjoyed the house which was perfect for all of us to relax in before we went to East End to enjoy some food and drinks and watch the band play. It was fun!! I would stay here again to enjoy the back screened in porch and proximity to all the restaurants, bars and Lake Erie. Amy is so easy to work with and you won’t be disappointed in the house. It’s perfect!

Even though my stay was in winter during Thanks Giving, this house gives a feeling of belonging. Its a beautiful and cozy house. I would say in summer and springs it will be more beautiful experience down the Erie lake. The best part was my kids loved the the house.

This was our first trip to GOTL and we loved it! While many of the little shops on the “strip” were closed for the season…we didn’t mind as it allowed us to not only take a second to enjoy the beautiful views that GOTL has to offer…but also those of the gorgeous surroundings town as well!! Dogwood cottage was adorable and our home away from home for 2 nights! Amy was a very gracious host and quick to answer any questions!! Her home had all the amenities you would need for your stay! We will definitely be returning for another visit in the future!! ❤️

We stayed over a long weekend with a group of 7, as we had a wedding in the area. It’s a short walk from the GOTL strip, which was night to go out for drink or grab breakfast/lunch. The queen rooms were very nice, and the upstairs 4 twins were nice but the stairs/ladder to get up was a little tough. The 2 showers were a major bonus when we had to get ready for events.

Such a cute cottage! It was clean and in a nice quiet location. The beds were big and comfortable. There is an easy check-in/out. We had a great time and plan on coming back next year!
