This is a beautiful place to stay to see an amazing ocean view and to be so close to beach. Upstairs in the loft, the bed was very comfortable. However, my parents who are in their 80s stayed downstairs and the mattress was very hard. Bathrooms, kitchen had everything we needed. The futon where to watch TV was very uncomfortable. The deck was really nice and we enjoyed sitting outside on the patio furniture enjoying the view. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Might stay here again. However, the place needs more comfortable furniture. The house is dated but had the necessities we needed. Thanks for the stay

I loved the Round Rock Cottage, it was a perfect place to stay for your vacation. A great ocean view and I really enjoyed myself

The house was clean, although very dated. The carpet looks like it hadn’t been changed since the 70s. The best part about the house is the view from the backyard, it is stunning. Although it sits on a cliff and there’s no enclosed fence so if you have a little kids, be careful. There are also steep stairs up to the second floor, so would be hard for older people and young children. The landscape didn’t look well-maintained, the grass was brown and shrubbery not trimmed. There were clean dishes, left in the dishwasher that we had to put away. And the remote controls for the televisions had no batteries. I had asked for an early check-in because we drove by earlier and no one was there and was denied, I also asked for a late check out again was denied. Not a big deal but would’ve been nice if they would’ve at least given us one.

The full view of the beautiful ocean can’t be beat. Cute house, kitchen is very small but functional. Beds comfortable. Good nightly rate but fees were too high doubled the cost, probably would not rent again because of that but we loved our stay and a break from our heat at home!

This was a quaint cottage with a beautiful view of the ocean from the bluff. I was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed our stay very much!

The view from the deck and the upstairs bedroom is amazing! It really made our stay. We even got to watch a seal playing in the surf with the provided binoculars. The house was very well stocked and had everything we needed. We had a great time!
