Couldn’t ask for anything more! This was by far the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed! We ran into a little mishap checking in, our gps took us to the location across the street. We couldn’t figure out where exactly the rental was located. I called Alex and he was super quick to respond and guided us to the right location. The rental has everything you could ever need, beach chairs, umbrellas, dishware to laundry soap. The beds were more comfortable than my bed at home. The rental was spacious and gave us all enough space to not feel crammed. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach area designated was private-so crowds were very minimal.There wasn’t a parking pass in the box so we didn’t park on the street at all. We parked in the back of the rental which had a back entrance into the property making checking in and out really easy. We will definitely be returning!

Just steps from the beach! Alex was very responsive and available to answer questions and was available to help with anything needed. Great condo with very nice touches on anything you might need including beach accessories.

The stay was perfect. Although I have some recommendations, the barbecue area needs a roof and the cleaning needs to be more detailed, for example, the top of the refrigerator, the laundry room, the ceiling lamps in the rooms had dust and also the showers outside need to be cleaned. But I definitely recommend them, and I would also return next year, it is a very quiet place.

We had a great stay at this property! We had five adults and one infant with plenty of room to be comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and that beach chairs were provided by the HOA (umbrellas are not but there was one at the property). The owners were wonderful, fast responses to any messages and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great time! Definitely recommend this property if you’re in Siesta Key and looking to be very close to the beach!

We had a great time sadly I ended up getting sick towards the end of the trip so sorry if everything was not perfect with communication and process I was the main one with directions and instructions and I sadly got strep throat and ended up in the hospital. Easy access to beach using a gated access path. Had plenty of space to enjoy the ocean. Pool was also easily accessible using the key fobs provided. You are close to the downtown area and the pass way area with both have multiple choices in restaurants and entertainment. The beds were comfortable and we (2 of us) had more than enough space. The showers had great water pressure to help rinse off after a day at the beach. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a relaxing trip.
