This is the perfect lake getaway for family and friends. Great spot on the water and easy to get to. Beautiful mornings were spent on the balconies and most of the day in the pool or on the water! The house is amazing and decorated great! All the amenities you need! Plenty of room for the 2 boats. Michael and Amy are great hosts and we look forward to staying again with them soon!!!

We had an amazing 4th of July. The house is new and well appointed. The Owner was very communicative and made sure we felt at home. The property included board games for the family, the tvs were logged in and made watching movies a breeze. The boat slip was accommodating for a pontoon. The pool was a nice break from the heat, as it’s completely shaded. The grill was excellent, which is a rarity in VRBOs. We look forward to another vacation on LBJ in this property.

We absolutely loved our stay and this beautiful new property! The owners were so easy to communicate with and it had everything our group needed to stay comfortably!

We came to LBJ to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday with a group of 14, the house was spotless and beautiful! It was well stocked and had everything we needed as far as kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom necessities! The pool looks small online, but was large enough to fit us all comfortably! We will definitely book this home again!

Pictures don't do this place justice! It is a new property located right on a canal just a few feet from the main channel. We had a large party barge, but plenty of room to navigate it in and dock at night. Plenty of beds for 12 and a kitchen that was very well stocked with any dishes you might want. Super clean and comfortable!

Without a doubt, THE BEST vacation home we’ve stayed. The attention to detail, furnishings, creature comforts, amenity items, etc. were spectacular! Clearly the home owners put everything in this home they want in their primary home. Extremely comfortable beds and well supplied, large baths throughout. Even the smallest details were not overlooked…such as USB and power ports in each of the kids bunks. So easy to keep up with work from a tucked away office area. Multiple refrigerators, an ice machine, large updated TVs in every room, and dinnerware/cutlery to feed an army. The bar area is a nice touch near the kitchen but not a distraction when preparing meals. Speaking of meals, more kitchen supplies, sharp knives, pots/pans, etc than you could ever need. Very large dining area. Spent the evenings in the pool and watching movies in the main living area. The upstairs living area was very nice to get everyone some separation time. Kudos to the home owners! WE WILL RETURN!
