Roomy 3-bed within walking distance of so many wonderful things. Had everything i needed!

Joan was very helpful leading up to our stay. Beds were very comfortable including nice sheets and pillows. Everything worked perfectly. Kitchen is roomy should you want to cook there and well appointed. Place was quiet. We would definitely stay here again or any property Joan has!

We spent a long weekend in the Chicago area and enjoyed staying at this home. Check-in process was easy and Joan, the property manager, provided all needed information and was very responsive. The home itself is split between 2 levels, with 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom, kitchen, and living room on the main floor, with a sitting area and another bedroom on the upper floor. There is an outdoor deck with a table and chairs off of the main floor as well. The home is north of downtown and was very clean and in a good neighborhood. All kitchen items we needed were provided (even coffee/coffee filters). There is an excellent restaurant - Wyler Road - just down the street. We spent a lot of our time eating out while in town and am disappointed that we tried this place so late in our trip! Would definitely stay here again when traveling to the Chicago area.

Joan was great! Check in process was easy. Beds are comfortable and the AC kept the place cool in the summer heat. Great place to stay for a weekend retreat

We enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and cozy. The neighborhood was friendly, quiet, and walkable. We appreciated the amenities—coffee, dishes, towels, tv. Be prepared for stairs up to the unit then stairs to the 3rd bedroom which is in a large, nicely finished attic space. The location was great and we were able to find street parking fairly close, even when we got back late. The check in/out instructions were clear and the host communicated quickly. We had a lovely experience was very spacious - furnished with everything needed and exceptionally clean. The location was safe and close to parks, good restaurants and bars. Check in and check out were very smooth and Joan was very responsive throughout the whole stay!

The property was pretty much as it was explained. It was efficient and served its purpose. It was not far from downtown and easy to get around. Parking was also easy. There were a number of good restaurants around.

We had a pleasant stay at this very nice place. The location is quiet and we had no problem parking during our midweek stay. It’s an easy walk to a handy bus, and we found a couple of good places to eat in the neighborhood.
