Queen master bedroom in the front of the trailer with two separate bunk beds in the rear, a sleeper sofa, and a dinette sleeper. The beds have bedding, quilts, and pillows. This trailer features a large 16-foot awing, with indoor and outdoor speakers with Bluetooth connection inside. The trailer has a fully stocked kitchen and a large fridge with a freezer. It has a stove, oven, and a microwave. The private bathroom has a full-size tub and shower with a toilet. The bathroom sink is located in the common area before the bathroom. Fresh Water Capacity is 42.0 gallons, Gray Water Capacity is 39.0 gallons, and Black Tank Capacity is 39.0 gallons. The rental is for a family-friendly camping experience. No smoking of any kind inside the camper. This includes vaping. A generator is not included. Please have the driver's licenses of all qualified drivers (we will take pictures of the license(s) available. We clean and sanitize the camper between each rental. All linens are removed and washed for every rental (unless you notify us that you want to use your linens for your trip). Cleaning supplies are in the camper, including disposable gloves, disinfectant, dish soap, cleaning towels, and hand soap. Gray and Black Tanks must be returned empty, or you can pay a 60-dollar fee for us to empty them for you. Additional 250-dollar fee for delivery and set up (up to 100 miles one way). After you return the camper, we'll conduct a walkthrough and then release the security deposit (less any damage charges if necessary).
