I don’t have any negative opinions about my stay at the NH Napoli Panorama. The staff made my days in Naples very special. Enza is one of the sweetest people I have met in Italy, always willing to help you with a smile. In the front desk: Rosario and Ilaria go above and beyond their job to help you with everything from how to get to places in the city to send you anything you need in your room. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. One of the best locations to get around in Naples, close to the most important spots in the city. The hotel is clean and has a good atmosphere. Above everything, the staff makes your stay the best. Rosamaria, the guest relations who greets you at breakfast always with a smile, knows her city and country like no other. She is always making sure you are comfortable and happy at the hotel. Kudos for her! NH has a great asset on her. You should check for yourself in your visit to Naples. I would love to return to Naples.

Not a single decoration in room. One chair. One small window. Breakfast was only passable. Not a 4 star hotel, despite the big high rise tower.

Lobby area OK, bedroom small and cramped. Bathroom door barely open/ close because space was so limited that the door jammed against the the trowel holder in front of the hand wash. Terrible rooms

The staff was not helpful at all. They gave us wrong information about opening hours of restaurants and said that we shouldn’t walk there even though it was totally safe. They also called our room at 7am with an automated voice message even though we didn't ask for it. The staff didn’t want to help us get a taxi for our flight even though they said they would call us one the night before. They said I could check to the street and get one even though it was 6:30am and there were barely any cars passing by.

Nice rooms, nice lobby and breakfast room. Sound proofing between the rooms was not great. Great views. The breakfast was nice and was replenished regularly.

We spent one night but we woke up on a sound of drilling .. they seem to have maintenance in the morning and nobody has told us, it was annoying! We tried also to connect the Wi-Fi in the room but it didn’t work

A ramp at the entrance is need - you cannot expect guests to carry their luggage up those stairs in front of the entrance door. How about carrying a wheelchair or expect doler people to walk up those stairs !!!!!

Staff were great, room was very clean and up to date, excellent view of the sea and street. A 5 star in our opinion.
