Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Even though there computer was down, we were able to get checked in no problem. Breakfast was very good and we definitely would stay here again. 😁

The stay at the Richfield, UT Quality Inn was great. The front desk gal was fabulous! Thank goodness for her calmness and expertise because Hotels.com didn't let them know that I had reserved AND pre-paid for my booked room at that hotel. Hotels.com failed to get my room reserved but had my money. Luckily the Quality Inn had a room that I could stay in. Next time I'll just call the hotel and reserve it myself. Kudos to the Quality Inn staff for being calm, kind and professional getting the mess sorted out that Hotels.com caused.

The room was clean and comfortable, but small. The hotel seemed more like a motel, and it was very inconvenient to get to the room. The lobby was terrible. The hotel halls and rooms were OK nice.

Nice place to rest in our way acrossUtah

Everything was really nice we had a problem with the tv cutting in and out but other than that it was a good and comfortable stay room 226 needs another mirror in it somewhere as the bathroom one doesn’t help with dressing also the soda vending machine doesn’t work

After a 13 1/2 hour drive we arrived very tired. The front desk girl (I think her name was Victoria) was so very kind. We asked for a first floor room as we had our e-bikes with us. She did not have any more first floor rooms available but she found a solution for our e-bikes. We were so very grateful. The room spacious and the AC worked great. The bed was comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Theres a Black Bear Diner next door. Cute little town. Lots of hiking trails. From desk staff was very nice and welcoming. Im finding everyone in Utah is like that. Nice change.

A couple key facts, then my experience. - There are no elevators - It's a little ways off of I-70. Not terrible but not the most convenient. - Parking was very limited when we arrived. The only spaces available were reserved for hotel status guests. My experience: We were delayed in CA so I called the hotel to inform them and confirm a late check-in. They said it was no problem and made a note. When we arrived a little after 3AM, there was no one in the lobby. I tried ringing the bell, looking around, calling the hotel, and calling corporate, all to no avail. While I was messaging my third-party booking site to try and find another hotel, an employee finally came in through the front door after 25 minutes. Without apology, she hung up the endlessly ringing phone and checked us in. She did extend our check-out until noon which I appreciated. I did not make it for breakfast and tried no other amenities so can't speak to those.

This was a good hotel to stay at. It was clean, comfortable and in good condition. A full breakfast was offered and it was good; plenty of choices. Front desk staff is very friendly.
