We were disappointed that the pool heater was broken during our stay, and the hot tub heater worked off and on...I was told that parts were on order. No breakfast unless you want to pay $15.99 for instant reheated food. Very loud when trying to sleep, but it is right off a major highway. 1 working elevator, so we waited a lot for that. Beds were comfortable.

I don’t like the idea that I did not receive my point for the stay and the lady working the front desk that morning was rude about it I asked her for a manager and she gave me their card

I asked about a balcony she said no you're on the first floor. Okay well when I went to the room that she gave me it was dirty. So I called her she said in a very annoyed voice front desk. I explained it was still dirty she said come up to the front. She gave me a room on the 2nd floor with a balcony. Mind you it's 112° right now in Arizona. Showers drain is on the up slope so it doesn't drain they have a squeegee in there for you to actually squeegee the water to the drain. This is ran down needs an update and they've definitely need to fix the drains in their shower. The bed was comfy though I can't say it wasn't but the front desk attitude was less than spectacular.
