I have always booked at the space coast for the past almost year & normally have a good experience. We have a crew working on the Kennedy space center. However, I notified the hotel about a late check in & was told that would be fine and then when it came to my guys checking in they were told there wasn’t a room available for them & they had been put on a no show list. & we lost our on $800. The manager was extremely rude and acted like she could careless that HER EMPLOYEE told me that everything would be fine. We have supported this hotel several times over this past year, but they have lost our service for good!!!

I got to the hotel. I checked in, & someone was in the room they gave me, I went back to the lobby & let them know. So They gave me another room, that one was DISGUSTING, i let them know, then they tried it give me a 3rd room & the key didn’t work, so i had to cancel. They staff there was very empathetic & understanding & ADMITTED THEY COULDNT HELP ME !!!!! So I requested a refund through the hotel insurance provided by hotels.com & because the lady at the front desk told me how to get a refund & it all got rejected likely because the owner doesn’t want to give me a refund even though the staff said they would. That’s a bogus email address btw.Its completely unsatisfactory & this hotel is disgusting. Don’t stay here. Stay ANYWHERE else but here

We have stayed at this same property at least once a year for most of the last 20 years. It has changed hands a couple of times and the quality has varied but for the most part it has always been a comfortable, reasonably priced place to stay.

I travel a lot and don't think I am really picky, but this place was bad. It is an old hotel and it looks like it has been renamed a few times. The parking lot is rugged as well as any landscaping. You enter through locking outside doors. People always seem to be standing around the doors hoping you will let them in. Hallways had a must odor. The room had no decoration. The bedding was neat and clean. The window was the dirtiest window I have ever seen. It had green algae growing on it! Just an over all creepy feeling about the place. Desk staff were very nice. I liked the cheap price, but I will happily pay more for a better place.

Great staff. Free 24 hour coffee. A/C. Nice view of sunset. Free parking in front of window. Fitness center. Quiet. No remote for tv. No pool. It's being renovated. It was chill. Slept great. Left early to drive. The price was unbelievable.

It was good for one night stay. Door needs to be repaired to use key. Staff had to unlock door when outside.

I’m not sure what I was expecting for the price I paid, but I probably got exactly that. Went in with the attitude of it’s either this or sleeping in my car, and in hindsight I should have just slept in my car.
