I was charged $10 for parking !!!! Since when do they charge to park at the establishment ! I have stayed in many hotels never was charged a fee to park !!! I asked lady at counter what if I don't want to pay . She said you have park at BEST BUY ! Which was behind the hotel ! NEVER AGAIN STAYING AT ANY HAMPTOM HOTEL

I just don’t like They charge $10.00usd for the Parking. This Hotel is not near a Stadium, Airport or Downtown. People in front desk just were limited to say, this is a new policy by HILTON.

Stay was ok could have been better…mattress was hard/uncomfortable, bathroom shower head had hard water on it, stains on carpet in bedroom, ice machine on fifth floor not working, pool seemed like it’s not cleaned very often & whirlpool was closed/had orange cones around it.

No carts to move luggage. Elevator doors and buttons were dirty. Carpet very dirty. Breakfast lady was rude.

Great and convenient location; used this location a few times now but this time I was welcomed with a parking fee not that much but with no street parking nor public garage anywhere close - this is a more than imposed charge. They need to reconsider this. Other than this - place is great and staff is attending always and offering help.

The assigned room didn't had hot water, but the staff reassiged us to another room. Overall it's a very good place to stay for a couple days.
