It was a great stay. Glad the pool/jacuzzi was open with a dome covering it during these colder months. Great service and room was clean.

I'm surprised about the high reviews this hotel received. The hotel is very outdated. It's also too close to the interstate. Traffic noise from the interstate comes through the windows.

We didn’t get the key .. they open the door for us so we had a hard time getting our belongings .. so sad..

They turned me away at the door. Told me to contact hotels.com for a refund. Wasnt able to contact anyone from hotels.com. basically lost all of the money.

This was a nice place to stopover on our trip home from Arizona. We were only in for the night. It was a great place to visit Old Town, you could practically walk to it. The room was nice and very spacious. Only complaint was that toilet would wake the dead it was so loud when you flush. Also, the hot water in the shower cycled between hot and cold.

Everything was very pleasant, clean and friendly! We enjoyed the bar area and the bartender was helpful & knowledgable.
He visited with every person who entered his establishment. Thst was fabulous!

The stay was good. I prefer a buffet breakfast. Few employees to serve in the dinning room/restaurant style. Had to wait a lot.

We only spent 1 night but room was spacious, clean and beds were amazing. They had a restaurant on sight. Food was good and reasonably priced. Nice hot tub and pool. Staff was friendly and professional despite other rude guests interruptions. We would stay again

It was ok I’ve stayed at may best western this one is old and no breakfast was offered smelled of sewage the food in restaurant not to good I doubt I’d stay again .

Full dining restaurant attached to hotel is a plus for longer stays. Small suggestion for the printed free breakfast claim paper- please add that the numbered options on the back are free :)
