I have been staying at the Baymont whenever I travel west for at least 5 years now.
It is located right off I-40. Easy off and easy on. The hotel has been around a while but it is nice and so are the staff. The rooms are clean and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Very reasonably priced. Give it a try when you’re passing through Amarillo.

We had a good stay. The facility was nice and clean and seemed remodeled.
My only complaint is that I asked for an extra shower towel and the front desk clerk slowed and gave me a very little towel.
And no ice in the lobby. Had to walk half way through the facility to get ice.

Great stay in except there were questionable people outside the hotel that made it feel unsafe. Overall good price so you get what you pay for essentially.

No elevator - we are seniors and had to drag our luggage upstairs. Employee mentioned an upcharge for a room on 1st floor.

My only negative comment is the breakfast was cold. We got there at 6:10 and the eggs and sausages were icy cold already.

You can tell the staff take pride in their work. Very clean and well-maintained across the board. Breakfast had a good variety and was kept well-stocked throughout the morning. Plus, loved the fun Halloween decorations!

The person at the front desk was absolutely excellent! I called to ask her about a restaurant since I was arriving late so she let me know where to get a quick dinner when she was so friendly when I checked in

Stay here if you want a clean room, comfy bed a nice bathroom.Looks like a dump from the outside but compared to places I've stayed that cost twice much, this is a peach.

This was the best stay of my trip the beds were great the rooms were very clean and nice the price was excellent the staff was very nice and friendly the only thing it’s missing is an elevator I would definitely stay there again it’s a 10 for me

back door was opened all night with a rat trap and some rooms were open with the door lock not closing several doors which lead me to believe safety was not good here. Why would they allow it? I asked if there were exterior cameras and they said yes, so they should have seen that. It's right off the interstate, lots of truckers in/out. Wouldn't stay there again, as I didn't feel safe.
