Bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure was low, could be fixed by replacing the showerhead with a better model. Breakfast items were not allowed to be brought back to the room despite using a voucher system to verify proof of being a hotel guest. I believe this should be changed.

Needs major updating. Carpets stained, shower heads high pressure because of build up, slow draining tub, rust on towel holder. But at least they have a clean fridge and microwave and the beds were comfortable.

The gentleman who checked us in was very curt, and not at all helpful, or friendly. He said he only worked nights. The hotel (when i booked it) said it had a pool, when i arrived...there was a sign apologizing stating it was permanently closed. My kids were seriously disappointed. The bathtub had no stopper, so we ended stuffing it with a washcloth. There were no blackout drapes. There were just sheers, so the bright lights outside could not be blocked.
It wasnt horrible though. The dining area looked very nice. The breakfast was actually good. I didn't like that you were not allowed to bring any of it up to your room, so trying to get small children to stay seated and stay and eat thier breakfast early in the mornimg wasnt fun. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning ladies were very friendly and did a great job in our room.

So the people were kind- but the hotel honestly smelled like smoke. There was also NO pool available and the breakfast was really non existent. Some cereal, bread and some fruit…but nothing really. The great thing about the hotel is the proximity to Walmart and the mall a just a ton of restaurants in general.

Great last minute stay. Staff were amazing. Room clean and comfy. Bed was super comfy. We got room with one queen size and slept like babies

Only one slow elevator, limited access to the sides and back, pool is permanently closed, lobby/dining too small and enclosed, “liquor is prohibited by law?”, breakfast has limited options, key cards need to be inserted multiple times before gaining entry… staff not friendly.

We requested for a non-smoking room but the room smells like cigarette. The carpet is wet maybe because of the AC. The floor/ carpet is not clean, we can see balls of hair.

The lobby stinks of marijuana because the smoking area is right outside the front door. Few of the folks who work here speak nor understand English. Breakfast is included but it is really terrible, seriously I was surprised at how cheap it was. There is almost no lighting in the parking area. This property is Not what is advertised.

Was not a big fan, patch work done on what appeared to be a leaky ceiling. Water from the shower was rough on the skin. Breakfast was ok, had better free breakfast at a Days Inn, as well as better upkeep. The pillows were very lumpy, and the key cards barely worked.
Positive: Lots of hot water, good amount of storage, good location for short distance to drive into surrounding towns. Bed was decent. Room itself was spacious.
