we booked for 5 stay, all it has is a king bed and a sofa bed. any living human cannot sleep on that sofa bed due to its condition all springs are out and impossible to sleep.
room smells, bedsheets are not clean.

When we arrived to check in, it was a bit crowded but the front desk employee was courteous and efficient under the circumstances. When we got to our room, which was nice with a unique, the toilet bowl handle did not work. When we called the front desk, the problem was fixed within 15 minutes.

Rooms were not so clean and they need updating. Bathroom wall had been repaired and not so good. Too expensive for these rooms. Staff was great at front desk

The hotel itself was fine. We went up to the lounge in tje evening. The only thing the bartender said was taking our drink and food order. After that nothing was said until we asked for the check. The food was average at best and a little overpriced for what you get.

Staff was very efficient and friendly on checkin. Room was clean. Nice hair and soap products. Would stay again if need to be in that area. Definitely recommend

The staff is absolutely wonderful here! The front desk woman was so friendly and pleasant which was a great welcome. The high light of the stay was definitely the food and the staff in the sky lounge restaurant. The restaurant staff were so accommodating and friendly. The food was so delicious, it exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay this location again in the future.

A decent hotel for the price. Staff all VERY friendly, professional & accommodating. Room had some updates like new tile. Beds/ Linens were nice. Some obvious wear - wallpaper peeling, some rug stains. Lobby is charming. Dining room on top floor has some nice views of NYC (and the highway). Food isnt great nor are the drinks, but very kind service and view after the sunset were pleasant. Outdoor pool was chilly but clean. (went in August).
Decent bagel shop across the parking lot we walked too. Food was fresh. Limited menu though as soups & burgers unavailable.

I didn't like that many things of this hotel. All the sheets look like they were not being cleaned up. I found a long hair between the sheets, some looks like had yellow stains.
Another things the hotel has a restaurant on the roof top but when you check in they dont tell you that breakfast is included or not. All customers should be award that if you try to eat in the restaurant you has to kniw you will pay or not for your meal. I shoud be something to let the customers know about.
The location is so strange because it looks like is in the middle of no where and as me that i got at midnight there should be more signs to let drivers know where its the hotel at.
The only thing that i would say that i like was the view from the rooms . Thats all.
