The reviews were at excellent levels for this hotel and in reality it was only mediocre. I stayed ine night with my daughters the staff eas kind but the room was outdated and what really upset me was there was not one drop of shampoo conditioner or body wash in the containers in the shower so my kids took showers with just water. Ive never had that happen at a hotel. The area isnt the nicest but it was ok.. Everything was just ok... I would rate this hotel a 6 not a 10.

The front desk gentleman was very gregarious and friendly.
The young woman managing breakfast was very helpful, and friendly and we noticed she was working when we'd been there a year ago. The breakfast choices were delicious. Good biscuits and gravy!

We had a family of 4 stay here for our trip to Disneyland. The staff was friendly, the rooms clean, and breakfast was good. We enjoyed the pool and our stay was pleasant.

We just didn’t like that the beds were kinda hard, maybe too firm to our liking, gave me a stiff back and neck. Other than that everything else was alright. Staff was friendly.

Excellent customer service, especially Tristan and the front desk. Cleaning crew was very attentive as well. Dated I. Many ways and could use some updates but clean, safe and affordable.
