Satisfied with every aspect of our visit other than the "Hot Tub" listed. The jets and heat for the "hot" tub did not work, so basically it was merely a small swimming pool.

We rented 3 rooms. One of the rooms had candy under the mattress, dead fly on the picture frame on the wall and a live spider. When asked if we could change that room, it was not possible. We were told if we had booked directly it would have coated $109 as opposed to the $276 for EACH room we were charged because we booked through Expedia. In addition, the rugs in all 3 rooms were stained and in the breakfast area, there were 10 tables, but only 7 chairs. Our party of 6 ate in shifts. Also, the washer and dryer were out of order and there was no bar soap. When we asked at the desk, we were given shampoo. We have been on a motorcycle trip for over 2 weeks and this was the most expensive hotel and the worse experience. Overall, very disappointed particularly with the pricing through Expedia.

There is nothing unique about the property. Everything is pretty outdated. They ha e ac but it doesn't work very well. The continental breakfast was gross. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My driver broke down and they were easy to book and close. I was glad it work out well.

No air conditioning in room, receptionist tried to reset unit. Did not work. Hotel was full and they could not change out room. Did not offer us a fan or any other options to help. The room was a normal hotel room. A rounded shower rod had been added to the bathroom and every time we opened the bathroom door we banged it into the rod. Would be nice if a door hinge with a stopper was added to prevent the door and rod from crashing. Breakfast options were fine but the dining area is really small for the size of the hotel.

No elevator; no help accommodation for handicap. Air conditioner was very old and loud. Took forever to cool. Food for breakfast tasteless

Very comfortable beds, pillows and room. Highly recommend the room itself. Breakfast was average, however, and don’t expect there to be any hot food if you show up toward the end of the breakfast time frame.
