The hotel is not very accessible for those who may require a hotel to be. The front entrance has multiple steps to get inside. Underground parking had no accessible parking and elevator only available on parking level 1. When I checked in there was no parking on level 1 and the only suggestion was to unload my car and leave my stuff by the elevator, go park my car on level 2 and then walk up the stairs back to the elevator. While I was parked in a no parking area, someone came out to leave and I was able to snag their parking spot which made it so I didn’t have to leave my luggage unattended or leave my car in a no parking spot to take it upstairs. Woman at front desk was nice, she put me in a room on the 5th floor with a waterfront view. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and room had a nice smell when I opened the door. Room has a smart tv for streaming. Breakfast was included, was a prepackaged box with 2 hard boiled eggs, cheese, muffin, yogurt and orange juice box. Coffee and tea was included. Everything was great except for the lack of accessibility. As someone with a back injury it was difficult to get my stuff up to my room. None of the doors were accessible either and hard to open while pulling a cart of luggage through. As a solo traveller I wouldn’t stay again. If I was travelling with someone who could help me, I would stay as the accessibility was my only complaint with the property.

I came to Kingston to visit my son at Queen’s. This hotel is less expensive than those nearby, and it met all of my needs! The bed was super comfy, and the location is close to everything. Why pay more?

We were in town for a concert in kingston. Issues were , we had difficuty finding parking for our truck. Kingstons parking sites are very vague on whete you can park overnight. Ladies at check in were pleasent and welcoming . Room #500 was rather small , but we only used it to sleep .Dont think this should have been a $300+ room for 1 night . The day after a concert , we were looking to the breakfest. When we went down , it almost felt like a jail style type box of food. Muffin and butter was pretty much frozen , the cold hard boiled eggs were not pleasing. The coffee should be a self serve and not having to wait in line for someone to make your coffee for you . Plan on going for breakfest , if you enjoy anything more than an inmate style setup .

Hotel was ok. Pay for parking underground. Front desk staff said you booked a Queen room and we said yes but then gave us a doublebed room!!! It was small, no night stand with the air conditioner right next to your head. Very noisy, terrible sleep. Too bad, wont return.

Great location and the hotel is in good shape. Lots of dining and shopping nearby. Continental breakfast was excellent and quick. Parking lot is challenging and would be difficult for pickups.

The staff were very efficient and helpful. The building was in a beautiful location and the price was reasonable for such a location.

I liked the location by the water. A lot of strange people were hanging out in the building. I didn't feel safe.

The proximity and closeness to town and all the restaurants was awesome. We had an amazing few of the harbour. We would stay again.

Great location! There is a medical clinic in the lobby and social housing in a section of the hotel. Wasn’t really an issue except at night as there were people hanging out front and smoking. There was extra security but felt a bit odd. Boxed breakfast was surprisingly good. Staff was nice.

The location was great, close to the waterfront and a short walk to many restaurants. Our room was a good and the underground parking was convenient.

If you are considering booking this hotel then know it is priced for its location and not its features. The staff was friendly but the hotel is older and a little run down.
