Everyone at the hotel lobby desk was so friendly. Susan who worked at Cafe Blu was the best! Super friendly and just plain awesome!!

The front desk employees were friendly. They even found a wallet that we had dropped on accident and called us promptly. The condition of the hotel however, was poorer than expected. Décor is outdated. The bathroom wasn't very clean and had bad caulking. The elevator seemed like it wasn't going to make it up from the first floor (and there were signs limiting to 5 passengers, even though it's rated for 15). Breakfast was not included and it was pricey. Overall, OK, but not a 9/10 hotel.

We were greeted by Veronica at the ftont. She so friendly and informative. My room was spacious and clean. We had a restful night after a day at Legoland.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Pool was relaxing and the workout room was clean and had lots of options. There were a lot of restaurants in walking condition

Really liked it, I loved the room and the convenient location, very near to LEGOLAND and dining places!!!

Everything was great, i was surprised on the cleanliness and the staff was all friendly. The reason for 4 stars is because they can use better shower heads. Everything else was perfect and i will stay here again.

The property was super clean and all of the staff super friendly. I got a great night's sleep. The hotel is also centrally located close to everything that I needed to get to. I would definitely stay there again.

Pared to other hotels which is noon, here at this property is a 11AM. Highly unusual. I was on a business call and the cleaners were snarky when
I told them that I was on a call and will be done in about 15 mins.

The property, room and staff were all top notch. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen at any hotel. The pool was clean and warm. My only complaint is that every night the parking lot turns into a night club. Taking my kid to the pool in the evening we had to deal with people at the tables drinking smoking pot and partying at all hours. It's a little ridiculous that the hotel let's that go on to such an extent considering most of the guests are with kids and family. I have no problem with people having a good time, but having to walk my kid thru clouds of pot smoke every time we went outside isn't cool at all.

I was very impressed with this property, I wasn’t expecting much and I would say it is equivalent to the Marriott across from Legoland at a much better rate! Better than these two, in Winter Haven, only the Legoland Hotel.

Great for a quick stop. Our room had a paint or other fume smell, so they moved us rooms and were very helpful. Getting into the parking area is a bit confusing. Everything was fairly clean and kept up.

I liked the ease easy of checking in , checking out and booking the room. Someone did trespass the property and was in the pool screaming for hours until a cop came . But that was beyond their control . Other than that for 1 night , it did its job .
