Affordable, clean and friendly employee.

The room wasn’t bad but when we pulled the sheets back on one of the beds it was littered with hair and small particles.

We like to stay here because it is convenient to get to and close to shopping & food, great area. However, this time was extremely loud traffic & the beds were thin and uncomfortable. The rooms are large, which is a plus. Probably would stay again if just stopping for the night & the price remains low.

It was adequate for an overnight stay althoygh the floors in our room were kinda sticky. Also, it was a smokers room... thick ashtray smell almost as if no effort was given to disquise it. I have stayed in smoking rooms before that didnt smell as pungent. Other than that, the sheets were stiff and there was no soap, shampoo/conditioner in our room.

It took forever to get checked in!! Spent too long making copies of my driver's license!

They lack compassion hospitality and decency of the police army kicked me off the property I'm disabled and have a service dog address them about service dog and was told I did not check in with my service dog all the time I did and have proof denied me my deposit they try to suck every cent out of you that they can being disrespectful at the same time

Rooms are good. But I had a bad experience with trying to cancel few nights due to change of plans and couldn’t get a refund

We Cancelled due to false advertisement, they did offer any of the things advertised.. 1) no restaurant, no pool, no breakfast, and they claim to be pet friendly, however there's no place to walk a pet, where are they supposed to potty ? On the parking pavement or sidewalk, there's not one patch of grass that isn't blocked off ! I already replied about this explaining I'm due refund, spoke to Expedia, got cancellation confirmation, yet haven't gotten it and the Expedia block me and towards my calls straight to super 8 who states they never received any monies from Expedia... So I have made complaint and at this point will probably make comments on social media because I have already sent reply and keep getting emails to tell how my visit went !

No breakfast or coffee as advertised and not told when checking in. I asked. Informed due to construction and tearing down of other building. No compensation for this or apology. Had to leave early in morning so decided to get coffee late at night at a gas station to be prepared. The bathroom smelled like weed and incense and is supposed to be non-smoking. Found a cockroach in the bathroom. My 22lb dog discovered the peanut butter roach bait and was eating it. I moved the nightstand to figure out what she was licking. I've stayed here 6 times prior to this throughout years as a stopping place on my road trips. The place just is not as customer service friendly and worth the price. There is one lady that is friendly as a rattlesnake and shouldn't be talking to customers.
