Great for the price. I come to City of Hope Hospital here I Irvine and sometimes, like this visit it’s 2 days and I live 3 hours away. I will be staying here from now on.

Place look like they try to renovate. Carpet smelled a bit. Otherwise room was clean. Parking is $10 a night. No security walking around though. Park at you own risjk, so why the parking fee? Also, restaurant closed. They offer continental break but you have to pay for coffee and danishes. All over priced, $3 to $7 range. You know the phrase “Nickel and Dime you”? That’s what you get if you stay here. Good luck, won’t come back again, sorry. P.S. - parking is difficult to get to. Handicap parking especially, front entrance and no parking and once you walk you have to walk quite a distance. One more thing, NO directional signs anywhere. Easy to get lost inside building.

The customer service is almost non-existent. I've asked the desk manager Aynaz three times in person and and unsuccessfully called them twice on the room phone to turn off the AC. The AC kept running, making the whole room miserably cold and damp. The condensate from the AC saturated the floor making it wet. The comfort level was that of a jail cell.

The hallways smelled horrible. We had to call several times just get towels. We also had issues getting bedding and pillows down the sleeper couch. The carpet in the room was discussing and I the ahower has mold.

front desk Maria was GREAT! Gave me suggestions to go eat, she was kind and helpful at all times. The hotel feels solid, i felt safe and has beautiful decorations. Very comfortable. I loved it and will come.back! Thank you.

Everything great. I rested and felt safe. Kind staff. Will come back.

All the carpets are extremely dirty, it's to noisy to sleep at night, not a good variety offered for breakfast and not a good hotel for seniors to stay in.

Housekeeping and the gym was good for me.

The dryer was not working in our stay. Otherwise very decent hotel for cost and easy location to travel too and from if you have a car

Maria couldnt even multitask and told us to wait for half an hour even we asked her to expediate as we had a meeting to attend and needed to get a bath and move. the hotel was dirty, carpets was so dirty that you couldnt even look at the them. we chose exceptational room on 3rd floor and city view, she gave us highway view and 2nd floor. the bathroom had a leakage, dirty and rust all over the pipes. nobody even came to change over towels. Breakfast was ridiculous. we had to choose from 2/3 option only one and that was so small that you didnt even feel you had something. i will never even go back to that hotel or refer it to anyone. we had the worst time there

Awesome place to stay, nice and quiet.

Would book with again if they had breakfast

Friendly staff, air conditioning worked great. Bathtub filled up with water at nite, finally drained out, worked ok in am for showers

A terrible experience at the property. Check in was great. When we went to our room. The rooms were tired and old and terrible. Got a back ache after foirst night. Room was dirty. The sheets were filthy. Felt so yucky. My family was really annoyed with the place. AC did not work properly. Sheets were dirty, no service. really really bad experience. Used to be a Marriott, was ok then, but now terrible.

One should note they don't do the room service everyday. I only learned about it somehow on arrival. Also parking is not free. It should be free based on the location.
