Service desk person was very nice.
Toilet had a crack and had duck tape to cover it. The wall paper was unglued on the wall by the bed. Lamp between the beds had a short kept flickering. Chair had a hole on the arm rest. Carpet was dirty.

The pictures do not tell you the truth, very old and out dated, hot tub was empty and pool is mostly In the shade . Do t go if you think it’s gonna be relaxing and fabulous.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Everything is several decades out of date. Wallpaper peeling. Carpet worn-out. Mattresses feel like padded boxspring.
The location of the hotel is great for the city. Restaurants, shopping and highway access nearby. Seafood restaurant onsite. The convenience and staff is what makes this hotel tolerable. Still over priced.

After riding a motorcycle all day we were really looking forward to a swim and Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi looked like a crime scene and the pool was not any better, the room with a balcony was nice. We will not be back.

It was very warm and safe feeling. The kids had fun and we slept very comfortable. Thank you Shilo for the wonderful stay.

My toilet had poop around the inner rim!
My bath towel was stained!
Pool dirty, hot tub dirty
Breakfast was a joke, they ran out of juice and said they had no more!
Once Coffee was out they made no more

Bed was aweful. Air conditioning was not great in such a hot area. Curtains were missing hooks so hung open. Ice machine on our floor was out of order. Side door leading outside was not locked. I discovered that when my key did not do anything when i placed in the slot. My husband said he walked right in. I felt insecure going in that door alone. For the price we paid we expected a few steps above.

No upcharge for added people in room last minute at check-in and she upgraded us as well. Had a great room with a view of the pool. Pool was open till 11. Great breakfast.

Pool was filthy, water was green and dirty. Room smelled a little funny and they don’t have free breakfast anymore.

Really low cost for a clean place to spend the night. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. This place is my go to.

The pool was a foggy green with a yellow tint and could not past the first step of the pool stairs. the hallway to the room was hot and they had a potable a/c unit by a window. The rooms bathroom door nob was coming apart. The wallpaper was starting to peel at the joint. They need some updates photos. Since I came for the pool I did not stay and left
