Room is small, matress too soft with concave in the middle. Lots of crows outside made it really loud for 2 nights. Service is good. Location good.

Very clean very nice room, spacious and very dark at night. Hidden parking fee is an insult to a d otherwise perfect stay. We will never stay here again.

I've stayed here before and in the same room. Last time was great. This time the room next to mine was really loud. I got woken up early in both mornings. I had food delivered to the hotel and the front desk never called me to let me know it had arrived. I had to call the restaurant to find out if had been delivered. When I went down to get it they asked me for my room number which tells me they knew where it was supposed to go and had the attitude like they were not going to call my room but wait to see and hoped that I wouldn't come pick it up. They also were laughing the whole time. Also when I first entered the room the thermostat was set to 28'C. It was crazy hot. Not too impressed this time around. No one asked me how my room was or if I was enjoying my stay. Last time I'll stay at the simon hotel.

Room itself was good. We stayed for three days.Staff were helpful- provided us with a corkscrew and a toaster. We did our own laundry, facilities were good.

We had a suite and it was great - facing the walkway by the river. Unfortunately we were there on Labor Day and not much was open, including area restaurants. However, the meals at the hotel restaurant were excellent and reasonable and the service was excellent, as well.
The only disappointment was that they charged us for parking each day when we were originally told it was included in our daily fee.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. The Boardwalk is a wonderful addition to the city and the hotel couldn’t be located any closer to it.

The location on the boardwalk is great. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and staff were great.

I requested a harbour view room and was not disappointed. It overlooked the newer boardwalk into Sydney Harbour and it was glorious. The room was spotless, a separate sitting area and dining table, plenty of room to work, bed was soft and comfortable with big big windows to see out Fridge, bar sink, wine if you want it (for a charge) and room service from the restaurant

The hotel was nice and clean. Parking was extra. Everything else was good. Conveniently located along the boardwalk near the big Sydney sign.

We enjoyed our stay here for 2 nights. The restaurant is very good, we ate there twice. We loved our room, we had suite, so it was spacious, there was a couch we could watch TV at. Two TVs, one in the bedroom. Nice size and good selection of channels. Two things were not good, the bed sagged quite a bit. Mattress should be replaced, and the towels were small and not very thick. We had nicer towels in all the other places we stayed in, even though this was the most expensive place.

The place is nice staff pleasant But the hotel Simon likes to put B.S charges on your card after you check out so I don’t recommend anyone to stay there

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area is very quiet, right on the water, and within a 5 minute walk to a few very good restaurants like Governor's, and Flavor on the Water.
