We are on a 2000 mile road trip and making an overnight stop here. The staff were very friendly and helpful but we were disappointed to find the towel rack hanging off the wall. There was a seat outside our ground floor room where people would sit to make noisy phone calls late into the night.

Awful and dirty. We arrived and the staff checking in was barely audible and getting irritated when I would ask her to repeat anything. Fully empty hotel when we got there and they put us in the furthest back room possible. When we got to our room the first thing we saw was a giant hoop earring in the bed right under the covers. The entire room was dirty and the carpets felt slimy. If it wasn’t 2 am when we got in I would have complained. We barely slept and go out of there as soon as we felt comfortable driving again. The breakfast looked old and there was hardly anything available. Not worth saving money to stay at this nasty place.

Refused first room. Dirty. It hadnt been cleaned for a long time. Staff was great, but the property is dirty and rooms haven't been updated for ages.

Itched all night had to sleep on two towels to not lay on cover . Big spider crawling had to kill it . Maid trying to enter room after 8 at night . Maid should have a sheet showing occupied rooms .

Room was full of mosquitoes we all 3 got bit up so bad from the bugs they let in while cleaning. Mold in the bathroom. Found a pair of sunglasses in the bed and a bottle of eye drops in the room so clearly the beds were not even changed. Worst sleep of my life! Never again

Upon check in the front desk employee asked ne was i alone or was my "friend " (guy) with me. I said no and then he proceeds to tell me that he is looking for a girlfriend. I laughed it off and walked away. I went into the room and rigbt back out to go to the gas station. I received multiple calls from him saying he was apart of the fraud department at Expedia. He couldn't supply me with any credentials and demanded to speak with the cardholder (boyfriend). It was a really uneasy feeling like if i was there alone something else may have happened.

TV had no sound, carpets dirty and greasy.
Lighting was rusty, there were roaches crawling out of the furniture, and lifted the bed sheets and bed bugs everywhere. Needless to say I left and slept in my vehicle.

Just a few small touch-ups with paint and light switches, dingy tub cleaned well, and the room would’ve been nearly aesthetically fantastic. The mattresses are pretty uncomfortable; I was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to sleep

Our floor in our room was quite dirty. Also the trash between office rooms was an eye soar. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

We parked in the rear, under a light and had our truck passenger side glass broken and the inside ransacked…we were one of two vehicles broken into. We enjoyed everything else about the hotel. We were told by others that this happens quite a bit at this hotel!!!

After driving for over 6 hours, the desk employee told me that my reservation that had been booked a month before had been basically bumped because they had been "overbooked". A manager eventually found us a room after being on hold with Expedia for over 45 minutes so we ended up staying. Property was a horrible mess of trash in the parking lot, rusted doors, mildew ceilings, bent towel racks, shoddy walls, broken bathroom fan, swampy broken swimming pool, etc. and lots of what seemed like long term construction guys, yelling and driving off with loud truck mufflers. The room was "passable and seemed clean enough, so I'm sure it was fine for long term guests and construction workers. Do not recommend for families though. I should have known from the cheap price. I've learned my lesson.
