Horrible, would give zero stars if I could

I refused to stay the night. After trying 3 different rooms, all with dead flies covering each bedspread I asked for a refund. They said I had to go back to Expedia. Expedia has since contacted the BW hotel and they refuse. Terrible experience. 8.2 rating on Expedia is a joke. Maybe they give free rooms to the homeless and they are taking the survey. Want my money back!!

It was apparent when we walked in our room that it had not been vacuumed. There were small pieces of trash all over the floor. The rest of room appeared to be clean. The bathtub didn’t drain well. I was uncomfortable because there was a group of several men a couple of doors down that watched my daughter, my grandkids and I walk by and all the way to our room. The breakfast was okay. We will not be staying there again if my granddaughter has another tournament there. I will gladly pay more for a different hotel.

There were flies in our room and in the area where breakfast is. The pool was closed but that isn’t located anywhere on the website. We got charged an extra night because house keeping came before 11am and saw our stuff still there.

The stay was ok, but not sure that i would stay here again. It is in need of some upgrades, the rooms were not as clean as they could have been, the toilet wobbled when you sat on it, and it was a bit noisy. I think the rooms are more suited to workers/fisherman than families.

I decided to stay at best Western because I know in the past it was more of a kind of a higher tier hotel. Stayed at the one in Russellville and it had a horrible cigarette odor in the room and also it was very rundown for a Best western. And I’ve stayed in many different best westerns in my life. I felt that I was in more like a super 8 or lower tier property. The furniture was all chipped up and messed up, and there were tears in the carpet. Also, the carpet was very dirty. I’d walk on it and I have dirt all over my feet like it hasn’t been shampooed. Bed was very hard and old. The property also double charged my credit card for a deposit. It was supposed to be $50 but they charged it twice. The property was very rundown, especially the rooms.

Main complaint was with AC. Did not dehumidify. It was a humid evening & night, but the AC just made it cool and clammy. Damp sheets are not my favorite thing.

Was amazing beds and best customer service ever

The room I had was dated, and the worst thing about it was that there were hundreds of flies in the room. It was discusting. I talked to management but they didn’t care. Stay anyplace but here. Worst motel I have stayed at.

We had a lovely experience. Room was very clean and comfortable. The water pressure was great. The free breakfast was delicious! We would definitely stay here again.

staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. clean and quiet. nights were comfortable and nice. never woke up early enough for breakfast, but i’m sure that was good. definitely recommend.

It was a very clean nice hotel. The stsff was super nice and sweet. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars across the board is because the bed was the worst thing ever. I swear it had to be 50 years old hard as a rock, lumpy.

Lobby, bed, shower and breakfast was good. Blood on the light switch. Carpet felt gross. Would not stay there again.
