It was our first time here in San Luis Obispo and it was amazing! The breakfast was delicious and our room was very clean. Loved the outdoor scenery. We’ll be coming back soon.

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! The service provided by the staff was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. My family and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We look forward to coming back in the future!

Enjoyed the happy hour, breakfast, coffee/tea options, BBQ in the evening option, close to the university. Most well-lit hotel room I've been in a long time.

I was pleased with the size of the suite; there were two rooms, each had a tv, The bed was fine but there was just one large comforter and no sheets, it wasn’t ideal for hot sleepers like me. I was surprised to find hair on the ground in the bathroom. Not really sure how housekeeping missed that as it was dark and course. Except for finding hair on the bathroom floor, the stay was near to exceptional. I would like to get a bigger waffle with breakfast (size of a small burger).

Quality Suites was perfect for our 1 night stay in SLO. The rooms were clean and spacious (we had a suite). The lobby and the pool area are really nice with lots of outdoor seating around the pool and a garden area. All members of the staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good with lots of ala carte items. There were also several different offerings of hot items served from a grill so they were hot and fresh. They have a happy hour from 5:30-7:30 with complimentary beer and wine. There are several choices of places to eat within a few blocks walk.

A page popped up immediately stating that I was required to log in with my credit card information. As I had given my credit card information at the front desk, I considered this a bit odd, but it was my first time a Quality suites, so I went ahead with the requested information. THIS WAS A SCAM. An attempt was made to charge my credit card to two unknown websites, IBILA and MINDXIR.COM, both of which are known to be fraudulent and/or questionable websites. This required me to cancel my credit card and report fraudulent activity to my CC provider, with a new card being issued. I don't know if the hotel is aware of this fraudulent pop-up window, but they should be.

The property is in close proximity to SLO downtown area; the area is quiet and serene with several nice restaurants to choose from; the room is clean with nice layouts. The landscape is beautiful; the afternoon pool BBQ is a nice surprise with very reasonable charges of the items offered. Staff are all very courteous and helpful. Breakfast has nice made to order selections; we enjoyed our stay and will return when we are in the area again.
