While I was here there was no hot water for the entire building. The building also was located in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood. There is no way I would stay here again.

A classic hotel, wonderful pool with a swim up tiki bar. Probably best pool in Panama! There are two very cute cats on the property that visit guests at breakfast, staff is wonderful and kind with the cats. The two cats are loved by many guests who enjoy the interactions and company. Rooms are indeed older condition but are very clean and very large as hotel rooms were built much bigger then, even for the most basic room. Would happily stay again. Excellent buffet breakfast.

My stay was a great experience.The room assigned was utterly enjoyable and perfect for my age . Breakfast staff was excellent, friendly as well as professional. As a suggestion, I would point that some areas need minimal reparations so as to preserve the prestige and charm of this Hotel.

The size of the pool is amazing. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. This is our hotel of choice in Panama city. Great valet service and front desk workers. Easy to stay here.

This property has NOT been renovated for probably 15 to 20 years but “five stars” signage is still there ! The staff try to keep it clean but the hotel needs renovation . It is now a 3 star hotel since the building infrastructure, furnitures , bed sheets, mattresses , towels are too old now . The pool is nice and big with bar access but its cleaning system is not optimal. The breakfast is a 3 star hotel breakfast in terms of choices and food quality. The food choices are exactly the same everyday . The rooms are spacious to the North American standard. Free valet and self parking are available. The hotel is located in the centre of the Panama City . Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Taxi and Metro are inexpensive and nearby by walk .

This time staid at the hotel I didn’t feel welcome or comfortable staid with many upside down
