After our flights were canceled, we spent 3 hours getting a rental car. We checked into the hotel at 3 a.m. with 4 people in each room. Phone in room not working, was told they had no bedding for the pull out bed. Had to send someone down to make sure we got bedding. You can’t expect guests to sleep on a hotel mattress with no bedding, blankets, or pillows. Luckily he found some or he would have been going to the store to purchase some cause you can’t expect someone to sleep on that mattress. The king beds also were broken. One had a huge sag on the end where it felt like I was going to roll out of the bed. Then after getting to bed at 4 am, the guy at the front desk knocked on our door until we answered to ask if we were checking out that day! He knew we didn’t go to bed until late but knocked on our door. Would never stay here again! Customer service is very lacking. Please find somewhere better to stay.

Most staff friendly, one staff female very rude, very weird policy for check in,smh..my room door very loose, bathroom sink mold, bathroom small, hotel outdated, only good thing was indoor pool, many animals on property..and i was approached by a hooker and a drug dealer while walking to.my room, one access door broken so anybody has access to inside hotel, my rating 1.5 because of pool, otherwise .5

Outdated rooms, dim lighting, damaged carpet. Limited TV channels. It was overpriced for the condition that it was in. Air conditioner worked and the beds were comfortable. Didn't use the pool but others were using it. Location is right off freeway.

The stats are rude and doesn’t help you out when it comes to situation. They tell you one thing and it’s another.

The pool is was closed for repairs, that’s the whole Reason why I picked that hotel, for the indoor pool and my kids can swim.

Now they are charging a 79 dollars in case on damage fee. They also in the past charge me half the stay fee then after 3 to 4 days then they refund the money to you they would have charged the whole fee but I didn’t have the money at the time and they do not tell you they are doing this

I loved the fact that there was a Hooters attached to the hotel building and I did not have to go outside.

To our surprise room doesn't have a thermostat to control heat or ac automatically. We had to manually turn on and off the heat entire night otherwise no air circulation in the room at all! Room and bed was ok otherwise for a 1 night stay. Would not recommend it.
