Felt like a comfortable living room and the bathroom had a nice working bathtub! Friendly staff, great location, all around good local lodging.

Pictures oversold the room. It was very dated and well used. The pool was also empty which was the main reason we booked here, for our 5yr old.

It was over priced. I booked it because of being a Best Western. I regretted it as soon as I stepped in the room. There was a smell. I paid a premium for the rooms. I have stayed at the Sleep Inn across the street, which is cheaper. It felt like a mistake immediately because the Best Western was older. It had cramped parking. And, it smelled. I will know better next time.

Stayed for 4 nights and never received any maid service, despite our requests. They never even emptied our trash or brought us fresh towels. One time we had to go to the desk just to get toilet paper. Breakfast was never ready at the time advertised. Biscuits were over baked and hard. Gravy was cold.

Great stay, minus our room being uncomfortably hot, with the AC not working the greatest, and we also didn't realize the pool was shut down, until after we got there! Otherwise the people who checked us in, were wonderful.

Stinky, smelly room. Will not stay here again. Stayed in a non pet room and still left with bug bites. Not a good experience for a Best Western.
