Hotel was right next to the train station and in the heart of Interlaken. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The included breakfast was very nice and helped keep the costs down.

Can't think of a negative thing to say about Hotel Bernerhof! We thoroughly enjoyed two nights here and only wished we stayed longer in Interlaken. Found it to be very reasonably priced for high tourist season. Everyone from the front desk people to the breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was just what we needed to explore the area everyday and come back for a good night's rest. The view from our balcony was amazing, the shower worked well and the AC was efficient to cool us down in the heat of August. Location cannot be beat, right across from the Interlaken West train station (less than 5 min walk) and smack in the middle of all shopping and eating. We would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient, just 2 minutes walk to interlaken west station. Super Clean and great breakfast in the morning 7-10 AM.

Traveling is often difficult and exhausting. Switzerland travels especially in mountainous areasIt makes me even more tired. This hotel is so accessible from the station.

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast was great with plenty of variety. The location was close to the train station, with mountain views from the balcony.

Thomas greated us with a warm smile and took us through the steps and information about the hotel and the interlaken pass . The property was a stone throw away from the train station. Great service great location great room what more can you ask

Loved our stay here. Area is close to transit, restaurants, excellent views. Staff was also very nice and welcoming. No complaints and highly recommend!

Fantastic location in the middle of everything and 2 minutes from the west train station. The room is spacious and we even have a balcony overlooking the city with mountain views in the distance.

Also a very quiet room with its own balcony overlooking the mountains. Friendly and helpful staff. Each room in the hotel seems to have its own balcony offering beautiful views. We enjoyed our short stay.

Our stay was pleasant, quiet, rooms are on the small side, clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast included. Front desk very helpful in planning area travel. Location is great, across the street from Interlaken West train station, easy walk to many restaurants.
