Room was decent. Staff were friendly. Room was clean, but average. Halls were very dark. Hotel itself was hard to find. Hidden by vegetation and had a very small sign.

Only complaint? If you forget your toothbrush, buy one at the little convenience area. You wouldn’t think a free toothbrush could be bad. Trust me. 😂

Only one night...was relaxing..

Went for a wedding, and would easily stay there again if we ever had to be in the area. Front staff was great, made us feel comfortable, checkout was solid, definitely would recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

I know Marriott offers cleaning every other day or not at all during your stay. I definitely chose the alternate day cleaning, but in my five night stay I didn't get any change of towels or any cleaning until after the fourth night

There were very loud people shouting and also arguing in the hallway outside our room at different times late at night (1:00am and later) . It was enough to wake me up repeatedly at very late hours.

It’s been years since I’ve stayed back here at Courtyard Pleasanton. I’m glad I chose this place for my one night stay - staff are still friendly, the hotel itself and the room was clean and quiet. Decent rates considering location.

We loved the ambiance in the lobby and clean rooms. Very friendly staff. But the outside of the hotel building itself is old, dirty and an ugly color and needs a painting.
