The internet throughout the hotel was terrible. I called and nothing really improved throughout my stay. The computers in the lobby also had a terrible internet connection. I tried restarting them multiple times and had the same experience each day. I needed the computers to print out material for work, and it was a struggle each day.

While the hotel offers a convenient location and spacious rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, our stay was significantly compromised by the unprofessional and indifferent attitude of the staff. Problems began immediately upon arrival when we encountered a faulty door lock. Instead of offering an immediate solution such as a room change, the maintenance staff left us waiting outside with our luggage while attempting to fix the issue. The lock problem recurred two more times during our stay, and each time we had to wait again for maintenance assistance. Bottom Line: Despite the hotel's physical advantages, the poor service and indifferent attitude of the staff significantly detract from the guest experience. We recommend considering other options in the area.

this hotel is very clean, management an staff are the most helpful and caring crew i have ever.. Everyone was so very helpful and friendly above and beyond. i was very impressed and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a hotel or just overnight accommodations. i was there for 3 nights so i really got to see things in operations.

The staff was friendly and the hote was quiet
