All good except the room next to us. We heard there door closing(loud) all night long. Disturbing.

Booked a double queen room with bay view and a clear picture of two queen beds for around $350 for the night of August 21st at the Jamaica Bay Inn, instead when we got there around 9:30pm after a long drive from NorCal and ahead of a long business day the next day we were given a room (a suite that we had never requested) with one real bed and one badly crooked pullout couch bed/cot, which I couldn’t sleep in, I had to put the mattress on the floor and got about two hours sleep. Upon our arrival the front desk clerk acknowledged that there had been a mistake and our room had been given away but all she could come up with was give us the e-mail of one of the managers at 9:30pm?? Same managers, Paulyne Tran and Hee Sung Choi that I've been e-mailing for the last five days without getting any reply beside an "I'm out of the office" automatic one!! On top of that at around 12:30 AM a janitor started cleaning the outdoor restaurant area just downstairs from our room for close to half an hour with an incredibly loud leaf blower device, whose outrageously ear piercing noise made enjoying whatever we were doing impossible, absolutely unbelievable!! Worst hotel stay and worst customer service ever!!

they charge for parking, but don’t tell you until you get charged. It would be much better to be upfront so people are not surprised.

Super clean room, comfortable bed. The whole hotel smells good.

Had a water view and balcony which really made our stay. Really lovey sitting out there in the morning watching all the early risers. Had very little interaction with any staff. Reception rarely looked up when you passed by. Parking guys always smiley and welcoming though.

Very comfortable stay! Rooms were big and clean and comfy beds. Restaurant/ bar staff were wonderful! Little disappointed that the hotel charged for parking. Suggest they gift hotel guests free parking.

As in the previous times in which we have been guests of the structure everything was comfortable, a structure that would need some modernization but absolutely comfortable and well maintained... we will return again when we are in Los Angeles (Marina del Rey) again.

Really cute neighborhood around the property- the marina is adorable and so safe to walk around. 20 minute walk to Venice Beach.

Hotel was excellent, restaurant was good food , terrible service, never got our drinks , didnt get any service except the order , didn’t even get a hello 🙁

Good value for the price. Could benefit from more kid friendly menu options especially breakfast items. Beach and playground were good but it’s true there are some transients around which limits the care-free vibe.
