I booked last moment this hotel. Would recommend family to go with this due to safety. Its in French quarter, famous attraction in New Orleans. Breakfast was really awesome. Plenty of options were there on breakfast.

Great location to explore the French quarter. It was within walking distance of everything, but far enough away that you didn't hear the noise. If you get a room on the odd numbered side facing the building next door, be aware that they roll the dumpsters out at about 3:00 a.m. and it sounds like a freight train

Very disappointed in the hotel. #1. Toilet did not refill after flushing. They came up 2 times and still didn't fix it or seem to understand what it was not doing. Had to shake the handle to get it to refill each time. #2, Freezing cold shower 2 of the 5 days. 1 luke warm and 2 actually hot. #3. The filthiest, most gross floor I have ever seen. I spilled some water and wiped it up with a white facecloth and it was as black as coal!! I tried other areas of the floor and it was the same, It was like a layers of coal dust had been sprinkled on the floor. I don't think they had washed it in months. Some positive things. Got clean towels every day and the bed was comfortable. I would never recommend this place in spite pf the friendly people who work there. Get some soap and water and wash that floor, fix the toilet and the hot water.

+ The hotel is old but clean and with good maintnance. + Location is very good. - The shower needs improvment. Low water flood in the bath, no warm water in the morning. - We stayed at 2nd floor and it was noisy in the early morning.

Our check in process was smooth and the staff, Quianti and Lucius were very friendly and pleasant. They have us some great suggestions on what to do and where to eat. The view of the courtyard from our room was beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff and hotel conditions made our stay a great experience! Would definitely stay again in the future.

Overall great experience. We booked it literally 20 minutes prior because our original booking was gross. Staff was helpful and the breakfast each morning was great. The room was underwhelming for the price and we didn’t get hot water just kind’ve warm, but price was more reflective of the area and being in great walking distance to everything. Our one actual complaint would be that the room we stayed in was next to the service elevator and it was so loud and annoying. Constant bangs and sounds. Other than that though, great experience here!

The hotel staff here is very accommodating and helpful. They were oversold this weekend and our original room type was not available so we instead ended up in their suite which was lovely. Breakfast is great and my only comment is the rooms, particularly the floors, could be a little cleaner at check in.

They gave us the wrong room (paid for two fulls and got two twins) for 3 people. They said they wouldn’t fix it but offered to bring a cot. They never did. The location is farther from the football stadium and felt unsafe to walk to and from.

The location is hard to beat, the parking situation is fantastic. If you're willing to pay, and the rooms are fantastically comfy for the price. The front desk was always very helpful when we needed them and made check in and check out a smooth and easy process.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Brunetta was awesome and had our room ready way before check-in time. Free breakfast had a variety of options both hot and cold. The courtyard was lovely. Location was great, only a short walking distance to the main attractions. We will definitely be back.

The staff was amazing ! They were very accommodating! The rooms however were outdated and had an old , musty smell to it .

Overall, the hotel is a good value right in the French Quarter close to everything. The hotel itself is quite old, but cute and charming, it also had a pretty extensive breakfast buffet. The only downsides, where that the hotel room itself was a very typical motel room, it as clean and nice, you just need to adjust your expectations before going. Secondly, about every 5 minutes there was a loud vibrating sound. Maybe it was because we were right next to the elevator, but it sounded like someone dragging luggage across the cieling, except we were on the highest floor and it was literally every couple of minutes. Luckily we spent very little time in our room

Our room was generally pleasant, although the entry door was quite hard to open and close. We did spot at least two cockroaches during our 3-night stay. Breakfasts were abundant, if crowded. All in all, a satisfactory visit, and we might well choose to stay there again.
