Overall fantastic. Location View Food.

I gave this hotel a 4 because the room was very noisy and next to the elevator. The elevator started running early in the morning and was very loud; the hotel amenities close at 7:00. As we travelled from a different time zone, I would have appreciated a quiet room in am and being able to use the pool later at night.

Beautiful hotel with great service and location. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful and the interiors were impressive with classic decor and the lake view patios.

Truly excellent in all aspects. The location, service, breakfast and the pool and spa areas are very well maintained. What sets this apart is the friendliness (& effectiveness) of the staff and their attention to every detail. Highly recommended

Good hotel, but not worth the money. In our experience a 4 star hotel, not 5 star. First, at welcome, receptionist refused that we had prepaid our stay. We had so this was vert unorofessional. We were also told the Michelin restaurant thst we had booked only had tables inside. This was not the case. But it made us cancel our reservation and we had to rebook. Breakfast was only average. We experienced very slow service at breakfast, coffee or eggs typically arrived after 10 minutes. The wsiters seemed unorganized and stressed. Sun beds and the gym vas good. Out room was old fashion style, but high quality. Very good bed.

Rooms on the back side overlook a dirty green zone and our room was placed in the newer building while we would have preferred being in the old building. Access to spa and swimming pool has to be made trough the entrance and the lobby plus the bar, not very adequate in bathing gown. Otherwise, very nice staff and good kitchen. Service at the bar a little too superficial.

This property was amazing! Beautiful and the service was impeccable! We would love to come back in the Summer months! The food was so delicious and the breakfast buffet perfect!

Nice hotel with views of Lake Lugano and easy walk to the main shopping and dining area of Lugano. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Clearly a hotel that caters to a large US guest contingency - seemed that all other guests were also from the States.
