We found this place to be affordable for the condition. It was clean. It was minimal. The staff were kind. If you’re not picky about that, then you’ll enjoy your stay. The hotel is close to many eateries and areas of tourism. The check-in staff are accommodating and kind.

Nice hotel. Backs onto the Van Nuys airport. There is no restaurant, no bar as advertised. Hot tub was out of service my entire 11 days There. Its a shame. This place has great potential.

PLEASE READ!! Staff was awesome, but it’s definitely an older property. There were roaches in the room and horrible smell of cigarettes. No fridge or microwave in room and the Starbucks inside the hotel is not in business. When I booked it was due to it being “kid friendly” and it’s NOT. Breakfast included means coffee, muffins and danishes. Considering we were there with the kids, this is not a good meal. Parking was also very limited. Neighborhood is sketchy. Wouldn’t stay here again.

There were bugs in the property. We got 3 rooms changed and still there were bugs. We lost our keys and they weren’t returned to us nor my engagement ring. Terrible service and refused to give a refund.

Tje room had a smell the nightstand was dirty need to upgrade pillows no continental items only coffee and a few muffins. They have a family of cats that are feed outside near entrance. Do not recommend this establishment.

Inside is somewhat of a maze.
Much worth it to pay more for a better hotel.

You advertised this place with free breakfast , and there was only coffee and muffins or sweet bread, the parking needes to be in better shape,the picture in expedia shows the hotel with a restaurant in the building but is not open.for the price yiu pay dayli is not worth it,the staff is nice no conplaints,the pool needs to be cleaned more often,they dont have coffee machines in the rooms and no fridge.you have to ask them to get a fridge.

The first room we received had ants crawling everywhere so we were switched into a new room. The new room had no bugs, but it had stains on the tub and countertop.

The day we arrived we were received by a great customer service agent. The following day we had warmed up leftovers from the previous night and got coffee and danishes. There was a different customer service agent in the morning, I asked him if he could provide us with silverware. He told me they didn’t have silverware and danishes are eaten with fingers so we need to use our fingers. I had to ask a housekeeper to provide us some silverware so we could eat our food. We will not be staying here again. This customer service agent should not be dealing with the public.

Terrible experience. Under renovation but not stated anywhere. Spa not working. Bar/lounge closed. Restauranrt closed. Clipper Cafe Closed. No breakfast. Vending machine not working. Decision to go there was for the amenities. None available. Place was dirty. Landscape overgrown. As stated terrible experience .
