Terrible disgusting room with urine and fecal stains on the bed. Black fungus in the bathroom and an awful smell throughout. Drug addicts all around the parking lot. 0/10 never in my life will I go there

The hotel had an 8.0 rating. This hotel is not 8.0 and would rate it at 6.5. The hallway had an odor to include the room, but I got used to it after a short time. The furniture was outdated to include carpet. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. However, the price was reasonable to justify a one night stay.

The room was partially updated. Nice enough to say the price of the room was fair. The tub was older but the walls were new, that looked ugly and mismatched. Housekeeping forgot to finish the bathroom area in our room. A few of our washclothes and our bath mat was on the floor, we did not have any toilet paper at all. All of the staff was very friendly, that was much appreciated since we were traveling and tired. Lastly, if the property on the outside was cleaned up and had the landscaping freshened up it would make this property look so much better.

All of the staff was very friendly, that was much appreciated since we were traveling and tired. Lastly, if the property on the outside was cleaned up and had the landscaping freshened up it would make this property look so much better.

Quality Inn wouldn’t be bad at all if the maid service if they cleaned everything sparkling clean, everything was kind of dingy and dirty, which brought it down. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were nice and the bed was clean. Everything else could’ve used a good scrubbing and a nice wipe down And vacuuming

Check-in took too long. I actually left and came back because they were training someone new and the manager refused to just check me in rather than insisting that I wait. Room had no towels or linens of any kind and staff refused to bring it to the room.

We only finished our stay here because we know that it’s only for one night. I do not recommend nor endorse this quality inn location to anyone and I am glad that I am able to notify Expedia that you should think twice about having this hotel as a choice of places to book for your website. Unhappy customer.

Dirty bathroom, bedspread, and walls. Room faced west and the sun heated up the room so much that the air conditioning couldn’t keep up. The breakfast had no eggs, sausage, potatoes, and soggy French toast sticks. There was one waffle maker, and a toaster that had only 2 of the 4 slots working. The bagels were so small that tongs were needed to dig them out. The only fruit was an orange. Pool was closed with a dead bird floating in it. Wasn’t expecting much, but this place was just bad.
