We enjoyed the hotel, and took advantage of the restaurant and atrium/pool area. It is a great place to hang out with friends and family. The fireplace and sofa area was really nice! The front desk staff was top-notch, very professional, and all staff we came in contact with at the restaurant, or otherwise, were very attentive and helpful! The beds were very comfortable, and even though the rooms have a slightly outdated, feel, were very nice. My only complaint was the pillows were very uncomfortable. It was extremely affordable and exceeded our expectations!

Pleasantly pleased/surprised. Live here locally - needed rm for one night. Very nice. Beautiful atrium, fine room, friendly service.

Hotel from Hell. Very bad customer service. Incompetent management. Intolerable noise through the night meant no sleep from room next door. Management unable to control the situation. Indifferent to complaints. Avoid this hotel.

First time staying here and we were impressed :) All staff we met were very friendly. Brakfast was great - make to order omelets plus additional options. We will definite stay again.

Check in was a breeze, reception was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, there were a few stains on the carpet. Unfortunately, the Complimentary breakfast was not good, most food was lukewarm and no flavor. Omelette station saved the day. Checkout was easy. Valeria was wonderful; my grandson left his dress shoes and she reached out via text to notify and make arrangements for pickup or option to donate. Overall very pleased.

We stayed here 1 year ago and loved it. We stayed again and loved it more the second time. Best hotel, breakfast and staff we encountered our entire Colorado journey. Highly recommended this place.

The wi-go was very weak. There was no phone signal in the hotel. Room was clean but very dated. Furniture should be replaced. Breakfast was decent and wait staff was very friendly and courteous

People at the front desk were friendly as well as the people that worked at the grill. I liked the set up of everything. Loved the fire place area with all of the seating. Definitely would stay again.

Nice stay. We’ve stayed here before, rooms are what you should expect for this type rated hotel. Breakfast is why I selected the hotel, but using disposable plates kinda lessened the experience. Some nice restaurants close enough, the area feels safe. Staff was very nice all around.

Amazing breakfast buffet, with made to order omelets- all free! Great service! Wonderful set up for families with pool near the dining area. Nice bar with great atmosphere. The beds were so comfortable, too!

Thought it was great. BUT, the pool was closed for 2 days. No one knew how to make the Nintendo games work. There was only one ping-pong and people stayed in there for hours, no regulation on this. Was not expecting so many roadblocks as they related to a family with children.

Hotel, facilities, and room were all excellent. The only downside was the restaurant. While there were only a few customers, and THREE servers/cashiers working, the service was painfully slow. The food and drinks were very good, though a little pricey.
