Unless you upgrade to an executive room, the “regular” rooms are not more than 2 stars. Awful beds, musty smelling rooms. Do yourself a favour and stay across the road at soundgarden.

I stay at the Novotel often- it’s perfectly fine for a 1 night stay. Rooms are ok, bathrooms need upgrading. For the price, rooms should be better… the hotel directly across the road is always cheaper and the same quality.

The hotel provided a taxi, free of charge, from and to the airport, which was very convenient. Staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel is located near the airport and about 20 minutes from the old town, which is convenient. Breakfast was excellent. Since this was a one-night layover with the family, the hotel served its purpose, but it would be difficult to stay longer with four people in one room. This was the only downside to our stay. The room was quite small to accommodate four people. It had one queen bed with a mattress that was way too soft and a pull-out couch with a mattress that was way too hard. Otherwise, a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel with nice location only 5-10 min drive from the airport. Hotel will take care of taxi-service to the airport. Breakfast very good. Restaurant & Bar excellent. Food was really good. Reception staff very helpful.

Reception was not really professional. Took long time for check in and check out. He was new, ok not bad but must ask always for help. Between we asked for room service and the lady at the desk not even look at us and just confirmed yes and bye! Not really friendly.

Ive never stayed at a smaller and tighter room anywhere else. It was clean, but old, and small. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the pillows were probably original from the 1970’s era. The AC basically did not work, so we couldn’t sleep. Won’t be returning. Horrible stay!

Have stayed there often. Will stay again.

I can get on city bus at front door and go anywhere in Warsaw real cheap. And to airport.
