My stay was good. Breakfast could be a little more exciting. The smell of someone smoking_vaping in a nonsmoking room was uncomfortable. The front desk was awesome!

Got the last room with two beds, had to change the next day cause the floor was soaked. Staff was helpful and tried to accommodate our needs. Good place for a quick weekend stopover in Dayton. Breakfast is poor though, don’t expect much and ends already at 9.

Driving up on the location made me instantly regret making a reservation. There are apparently two hotels in the same Building, the Wingate and the Baymont. There was no signage on the building and I would have thought it was close if it had not been for people walking in and out of the rooms. My room ended up on the third floor, on to find out they they do not have an elevator to the third floor (Well they do but it was out of order.) The room's curtains did not cover the window, and there was a bright parking lot right outside the window. I was able to maneuver the curtains so they blocked most (like 80%) of the light. In the morning, there no sugar free options for the free breakfast. Just pancakes, muffins, and sugary cereals. Asked if there was any plain oatmeal meal but the answer was no. Ended up going to a Starbucks. I would not suggest this place.

First room, headboard fell off the wall. Came back after being gone at my wedding and my door was open. Second room our room had been entered and a $150 was stolen put of our room.

Staff couldn’t care less. I’m disabled but they wouldn’t give me a first floor room, instead shuttling me off to the third. Turns out the elevator call button is broke. In the morning I was stranded on the third floor landing and couldn’t get back into the building because a security door locked behind me. No one answered repeated calls. A fellow guest came to my assistance after twenty minutes. When I got to the lobby, the staff was having a gabfest. I complained about the problem and the reply was “ oh yeah, the elevator call button don’t work “.

While it initially seemed like a safe part of town, it was not when we got there. The hotel seems to rent to long term customers who sit outside their rooms smoking weed, drinking and yelling. They run in and out of their doors all night just letting them slam. Room was filthy, had food and candy in the carpet, no soap shampoo or conditioner in the containers provided. The air vent in the bathroom was black with mold. Walking past rooms to our room, so many doors were unlocked and standing open. I know pot is legal here but I don’t want to smell it. Hallways, sidewalks and common areas are filled with people smoking weed. Not a good look for Wyndham. I would not recommend this place. There were many dogs as well.

The property looks like a rundown motel inside. There were full hand prints on my mirror. Bathroom only had 1 large towel for shower. Bed was comfortable enough.

Property was dated and not kept up. Obviously had been a repaired ceiling leak in our room that had never been painted. Hair in shower, no blow dryer, old, old carpet in hallway.

We got 3 rooms. One smelled normal, the second smelled musty, and the third smelled like cat pee. So, we got a 4th room, which was fine. Should have gotten a fifth room, but my family members didn’t want to make a fuss. In short, the price was okay, but the smell caused one family member to complain of being sick when she woke up. I have been to a lot of hotels, this ranks near the bottom. Plus, there were a few lights out, broken tiles, lack of extra towels, and a stain on one of the bed covers.

Dirty bathroom. Bug on wall. Load neighbor screaming and banging on the wall. Unfriendly front desk staff. It’s definitely a 2 star hotel. The price was great for 2 nights and the AC worked superbly.

The stay was not at all as the photo appears on the website. The hotel needs a revamp to get updated with today's times. It's an old hotel that looks like a motel once you get inside of it the windows were all dirty they're all molded the hallway to the rooms were dirty with trash was hanging out on the side of the doors and people were running all through the hallways all night like it was a party center. I will never stay in this hotel again and shame on you for putting up a photo that misleads you once you arrive to this hotel / motel. I picked out the rooms for my myself and my cousins who came in from Pittsburgh and they were very ashamed at what we saw. Luckily it was for only 1 night.

Was so disappointed when we first took the elevator, dirty, smeared yuk on the stainless steel,the room as clean, carpet is nasty, toilet seat has something on it, wouldnt come off, holes in the ceiling. Shower had marks going down tge walls, NASTY! Complained, they gave us a different room, woke up to an ANT infestation, just NASTY! I really desrve my money back, i have never had this type of experience in my life!
