Friendly staff that went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Comfortable bed, quiet room, front desk attendant 24/7. Full breakfast, coffee and tea available around the clock.

Best Western Plus is not clean, not well taken care of, and not offers o good decent breakfast for what the charge. $267.00 a night is not a justifiable rate for what they give you.

The air conditioning unit in the room makes a lot of noise. It was so loud that disturbed our sleep. It was a slight mildew smell in the bathroom.

The staff was nice and quick at check in. They are in the process of painting in many areas. The beds were comfortable.

Some parts of room need an upgrade (sofa and curtains need a rehab) but facility/room is convenient to highway, clean, quiet, and well run.

My family and I have stayed at several Best Westerns throughout the country, and this one in Brunswick was horrible and the worst. First, the toilet was disgusting and had some type of horrible blood looking leak coming from the toilet seat. They gave us another room, only to find the toilet in THAT room was running! We had to take the back off every time we flushed to make it stop. There was no way to close the curtains at night (the white interior nylon curtains were brown stained and dirty). I had to use a rubber band to bunch the center together so no one could look into our room. We were on the second floor, so we took the stairs which looked like they hadn’t been swept in months. Even though the location of this Best Western and the exterior looked very inviting, the inside was filthy.

We had a good time on our family vacation. This hotel was centrally located to all our activities! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was hot. The pool was great except the tile floor around the pool was slippery. They did put up signs to warn of this though which was great! Room with two queen beds was comfortable. We had two young kids who are loud so they could be heard down the hall but no one seemed to complain. Definitely kid friendly but also great for a business trip as it had a huge workspace in the room. Located close to the highway so was easy on/off.

My the time I was done, there was water up to my ankles. There were 2 phones in the room and neither one of them worked, so I walked to the front seat to tell them about the issue. I was told by the front desk that the plumber was out until Monday. He did come my too look at it and after messing with the trap a bit, the water finally drained, but the issue kept happening all weekend long. My son was unable to shower right after me or vice versa. Breakfast was ok. Not a big selection was but it was warm and fresh.

Upon arrival, I noticed that the door to my room was not fully shut. So I went downstairs to ask the front desk person to change me to a different room, and he said that they were fully booked. He wanted me to go and check out the room. If I didn’t feel safe, he would try to move me to a different room. I felt like a burden to the front desk person, although I had every right to feel uncomfortable. That night, I had a hard time sleeping and could not wait to get up in the morning and leave. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

When I called about rug, I was told all room rugs had been deep cleaned and there wasn’t another for us to go to. Looks like the building was dealing with water damage in general. Dampness appeared to cause doors to swell. Bathroom door couldn’t be shut & it took effort to close main door to room.

Great people!

My bed was really hard and I had difficulty sleeping. But the hotel is nice. The kids really enjoyed the pool and they have a great breakfast!
